I've retrieved the "manifesto" of the OWS and decided this mainly drivel needs to be shown for the crazed lunacy that it is. I'm going to look at the logic of their statement and put my assessments after their "demand. Much of this reeks of Union's and Obama's socialist shrill. I'll put my

These are the List of Demands:

They have taken our houses through an illegal foreclosure process, despite not having the original mortgage. (yes, we're not responsible for signing loans we knew we couldn't pay back. Housing is a "right" correct? As I like to say when umpiring that goes "find it in the rule book, then I'll call it", well, "find it in the constitution and then I'll support it".)

They have taken bailouts from taxpayers with impunity, and continue to give Executives exorbitant bonuses. (This I agree with, but they want more regulation and socialism. Had the original rules had been in place instead of listening to Rangle and Dobb's who claimed it was racism to maintain the rules as it discriminated against less affluent minorities)

They have perpetuated inequality and discrimination in the workplace based on age, the color of one’s skin, sex, gender identity and sexual orientation. (Yea, it's called affirmative action.)

They have poisoned the food supply through negligence, and undermined the farming system through monopolization. (It's called socialization of agriculture and I agree, it needs to be stopped so how about cutting the regulations that favor the monopolization instead of supporting more of them?)

They have profited off of the torture, confinement, and cruel treatment of countless animals, and actively hide these practices. (In what way? Also, so what? When the first animal make a claim for their rights, then I'll join in this fight)

They have continuously sought to strip employees of the right to negotiate for better pay and safer working conditions. (That's what we have labor laws for. You mean the right to rape the employer for all they're worth and then bitch how they're mismanaged when they fail from your excessive demands.)

They have held students hostage with tens of thousands of dollars of debt on education, which is itself a human right. (First, education isn't a right, it's a privilege. Second, the cost of education has skyrocketed with a DIRECT correlation to the increase of government involvement in financing them with "student aid". With the Dream Acts being enacted in CA, TX, and NM, watch for those costs to get even worse. Third, nobody forced those students to take those loans. Again, we're not responsible to pay back what we borrowed again?)

They have consistently outsourced labor and used that outsourcing as leverage to cut workers’ healthcare and pay. (Look at the insane demands by the Unions. They shoot the moon making our products uncompetitive and then bitch how they mismanaged. 2nd, how are we to compete when we allow countries like China to use slave wages and in some cases slave labor like free from prisoners. Heck, the main reason we can't compete against a 1st world country like Japan is that the benefits that Unions demand add $3,600 to the cost of a car. While we're add it, let's go over the repatriated taxes which not only encourages them to take the jobs oversea, but discourges them to bring them back as well as invest in added ventures here in the states. Perhaps you should face facts and realize you can't have universal benefits and expect to survive in this world economy.

They have influenced the courts to achieve the same rights as people, with none of the culpability or responsibility. (Have to agree on this one. Especially with the likes of Holder who sells weapons to murders and isn't even investigated)

They have spent millions of dollars on legal teams that look for ways to get them out of contracts in regards to health insurance. (With the illegals and regulations making it so costly, it's that our joining the unemployment line.)

They have sold our privacy as a commodity. (Find where we have a right to privacy (again, find it in the rule book)? Other than government limited to searches of our property and persons without cause. With Facebook and all, how can we claim an expectation of privacy from other citizens and non-citizens alike?)

They have used the military and police force to prevent freedom of the press. (Oh, pleeeeeease! Give me a break. The press is a shrill of the leftist Democrat Party. How is freedom of the press repressed other than you must follow the PC code and anything conservative is slandered?)

They have deliberately declined to recall faulty products endangering lives in pursuit of profit. (Name one. They short on examples)

They determine economic policy, despite the catastrophic failures their policies have produced and continue to produce. (You mean the socialist policies like Obama's and now you're demanding more of? You're quite a schizophrenic group)

They have donated large sums of money to politicians, who are responsible for regulating them. (yes, it's called lobbying. I agree, it needs to be made illegal for it's nothing short of legalized bribery.)

They continue to block alternate forms of energy to keep us dependent on oil. (Yet, it's stupid hippies like you that demand we "preserve", or should I say pervert, the environment. That's why we need to drill baby drill, but you still believe that solar and wind are the panacea of the energy crisis, but it continues to make energy more scare and unreliable, not to mention unprofitable and unsustainable without gross subsidies.

They continue to block generic forms of medicine that could save people’s lives or provide relief in order to protect investments that have already turned a substantial profit. (First, many of those generics they speak of come from Canada and are grossly subsidized. Second, the government keeps those cost high, and would here as well, by regulating the death of the generics. Though, I agree the drug companies have too much clout, until we get government out, other than safety protocols, drugs will continue to be expensive)

They have purposely covered up oil spills, accidents, faulty bookkeeping, and inactive ingredients in pursuit of profit. (eh? What covered up accidents? Not like a spill can be "denied". More conspiracy nonsense.)

They purposefully keep people misinformed and fearful through their control of the media. (Again, it's the left and the media are the shrill of the Democrat Party. If anyone uses the press for intimidation, it's the socialists like these bozos.)

They have accepted private contracts to murder prisoners even when presented with serious doubts about their guilt. (Again, where are the details? I bet they wouldn't be so shrill if it's Christians that were being executed. Btw, prisoners are incarcerated by the state, so who the heck are these private contracts?)

They have perpetuated colonialism at home and abroad. (If anything, we're bend over backwards to avoid enserting power in other countries and what do we get in return? Betrayal and back stabbing like in Iraq where we liberated 24 million people from a butcher tyrant and they give the oil contracts to China and Russia. If this was a war for oil, we're the dumbest bunch of a$$wipes as we didn't get a drop. What this about colonialism at home? That statement doesn't make any sense.)

They have participated in the torture and murder of innocent civilians overseas. (Other than terrorists, name one? I guess they think Terrorists are human too, but then again they think Ayers is a hero so that doesn't surprise me.)

They continue to create weapons of mass destruction in order to receive government contracts. (It's called defense contracts. I guess they think we can provide a national defense by growing daisies and frolicking in the meadows. This is just plain "Let American die by destroying the military" mentality

Considering the norm of them are lazy parasites that would go to the ER if they ever had to do any kind of work, it comes as no surprise that their demands is nothing short of the Communist Manifesto. They claim they're leftist Tea Party. It's clear, other than the socialist bailouts of the financial sector, the Tea Party and these thugs have nothing in common. If anything, they're the antithesis of the Tea Party. We should give them their just respect and be told to get a job and join the real world, but given their past and mentality, that will be a pipedream. These "people" and I use that term likely as part of their protesting is defecating on police cars and encumber people from getting to work and obstructing economic activities, actions that not one Tea Party protest enacted, these people aren't protesting the injustice of the "social justice" cause. They're socialist, if not downright communists, that are protecting the interest of the stupid, lazy, and unproductive against the true working class and productive. Their demands, actions, and logic all support that disposition and I for one am not going to fall for it.

My boss has been asking me who I think looks good for the GOP ticket. It had me thinking long and hard because the early favorites don't impress me at all. Basically my response has been "what GOP candidate. So far all they've had are RINO debates". There is one man I'm finding to be the only true conservative in this whole absurd debacle that is the Republican debates but doesn't seem to be getting that much attention. At least not of late, but after his huge upset in Florida, the mainstream populace will hopefully start giving the man more attention: Herman Cain. I'll go over the pros and cons.

Pros:

1) He tells it like it is. Any man that will come up and call Obama for the out and out liar that he is gains a lot of brownie points. After BO who lied that it's math not class warfare, Cain is the only one up there calling him on it. I've said we can't afford another RINO like Bush or else the country is finished and the fact the other candidates can't call it like he see it tells me they'll just play politics as usual. With Cain, we won't get the BS politic game from him.

2) He's got it right on the tax issue. He knows Obama's class warfare shot of how 80% of Americans want tax hikes was utter BS. It's that we need leadership. When you raise taxes, and that's all the dems want to do, tax and spend, it diminishes the activity you're taxing. At least at the levels we have now. Sugar coating with tax war fare with the fallacy if you double the rates you'll double the "revenue" is sheer nonsense and doesn't hold to historical facts. Especially during a recession.

3) He believes in leadership. When was the last time you saw leadership from the Presidency? It's been quite awhile. We sure haven't seen in congress in . . . heck, I don't know if I ever have or I've forgotten. It sure hasn't since January 20th, 2009 for everything from this current President has been no leadership, just bowing to enemies, apologizing for everything great about the country, and blaming everyone but himself for everything that has gone wrong which has been just about everything. If fact, Bush was terrible as well. The last time I saw any leadership from the Oval Office was after the attack on 9-11. After than, it's been all down hill. Cain knows Americans are starving for leadership. He has shown the most leadership while the others are still acting like kindergarteners feuding in the playground. This won't beat Obama.

4) He stands behinds facts. He doesn't believe in folding when the facts are behind you. We've been lead by BS and fantasy with number games with gimmicks and wishful thinking. He believes that if the facts are behind you, then as long as you stand by them, they will preserve. What does the other candidates believe in other than Obama is a terrible President (which the facts support)? They support so many ideas that aren't only not back in any facts, but continue on the same wishful thinking that has gotten us in this mess in the first place.

5) He's for limited government. The man is for shrinking the role of government. The government has grown, since 9-11, 40%. That's 40% in less than 12 years and still climbing at an exponential rate. He like to shrink the role. Though there maybe wishful thinking, especially if the GOP don't capture both houses and most likely would need 60 in the senate, but with him in there, the bleeding will definitely be slowed if not stopped as the tax and spender are going to get vetoed to death if they try to continue.

6) He doesn't believe in the ability of raising the debt. If you want one of the biggest contrast of Obama and the RINO Bush, this has got to be it. Obama has nearly doubled the debt and in less than 3 years. Cain doesn't want to have the ability to raise the debt. He compares giving Obama the means to raise the ceiling with giving a 6 year old a gun. I would add giving any politician such power, but he gets that having the means to continue to spend more than you take in is just a recipe for disaster. Something both sides, other than the tea party conservatives that are so vilified in the media, don't get. Compare that to the man that said "deficits don't matter".

7) He believes in representing his constituency over special interest. I hear a lot of pandering to special interest groups by the RINO's. The biggest being the illegal aliens and they're not suppose to be allowed to vote. Cain is rising in the polls lately and it's his responsiveness to the people and acting as a representive of THEIR interest instead of the party's or the special interest, like the big business that rely on overly cheap labor or the illegal aliens of late for the RINO's or the Unions and socialist groups like the gay mafia and Eco-terrrorists for the dems.

8) He's for common sense solutions, not politics. With all the interest of the insane and some down right evil special interest groups, a man that believe in common sense solutions rising in popularity and the polls be a surprise to you? Me neither.

9) He has disdain for the Media bias. This is where Bush's RINOism shined. When ever the media attacked him, he just let them without rebuttal and placated to their desires. What good did that do him? He ended up the most unpopular president perhaps in history (to that point). Cain knows the media is bias and doesn't care what they think. He figures, rightfully so, they're wrong on the facts and issues so will stand by the truth and common sense and let the media make fools of themselves.

10) Job number is defending the nation, not parasites. His first job, if elected, is to get a footing on national defense. That has become a bit of a joke since DHS was created by Bush and gone to the surreal with Obama. Bush and the leftist had everyone equally suspect as to not offend the Muslims, then with Obama, he suspects everyone but Muslims. They're getting passes while the rest of us get raped in order to fly, out borders are more open than ever with Holder (allegedly) providing the weapons, we're not even allowed to use Islamic terror as a term, so what the heck are we fighting against? Christian crusaders? Irish nuns seeking martyrdom? Girl Scouts sneaking in explosive cookies (there's a war there as well, but not the kind we're talking about here)? We're now not even allow to define who the enemy is. Let's not forget Obama cares more about entitlements and social engineering than his primary job of defending the people (unless they're black it seems).

11) He believes the engine of the economy is the business. His issue about removing taxes on repatriated profits is such a huge issue that gets very little play in the media and for good reason: it's why taking our jobs oversea is so attractive, other than the costs. You know that US is the only country in the world that tax oversea profits twice? If you invest in a business over seas (let's say you don't take jobs away from the US, you just open one in another country). When that business makes money, it's tax by the country where the business resides. If you should take some of that money and reinvest it here in the states, you get hit with another tax and it's the highest in the world at the corporate level. That's why business open up there, they can pay their taxes to their host country and then reinvest it there without another tax penalty. It's less expensive to first make it there, then sell it here and keep the profits there. That also is true if you make money in China and want to invest in India next. Why would anyone, except foreigners who are exempt from their countries, want to invest here?

12) He'll actually go on the Michael Savage show. Dr. Savage is hated by the LSM because he tells like it is or how he sees it. Anyone willing to go on his show can't be a true blue phoney, like say Perry.

13) He's Black. Ok, not to play the race card here, and I'm white, but I'm so sick and tired of the current president failures all being written off because of his skin color. The left has use the fact that he's black to get away, literally, with murder as any other President that had fast and furious would have his administration in handcuffs. Why not this one? You tell me. With Cain, the white hating bigots will show their true colors showing who the real bigots are as you can't contest Cain's position by attacking his race or using his race for any insane stances like executive privileged the current bozo enjoys. When all fails, you can no longer blame Bush or he's black.

14) He has business sense. This man started and franchised a pizza business that still is around today, so he know what business need to succeed. Unlike the theorist, and a miserably failed theorist at that, that reside. Cain have even got his hands dirty and made pizzas for living before opening the franchise. So he's done more literal work and have more business sense than the entire administration that hasn't done a lick of work other than walking onto and off campuses.

Now there are some drawbacks

1) His 9-9-9 plan. He wants to base tax rates at 9% for income, consumption, and corporate taxes. This is going to pose some real political headaches. His 9% fix tax isn't going to fly with either party as the working poor, even though they already pay, currently 5.65%, historically 7.65 percent. Zero for capital gains. Good luck with that. With the BS that is Wall Street, the public isn't going to let any of them keep any gains without giving something back He's a bit too cuddling to the rich at the expense of the poor. The reason why the amendment that gained the government the means to tax a person based on what they earned was because fix taxes like this was so devastating to the poor, especially the working poor. Same goes with the national sales tax. In CA where I live, we'll be paying nearly 20% extra on all consumable goods. We're taxed enough on consumption, we don't need any more. The only idea in his tax scheme that has merit is the elimination of the repatriated income. We're the only country in the world that does that and it's the main reason American companies are going over seas and staying there.

2) He's unknown. His biggest challenge, other than a lack of funds, is that he's unknown by the masses and the LSM sure isn't going to give Obama a competent opponent who's race they can't use against them.

3) He's politically nieve. He seems to have some abitious goals, but he reminds me a lot of Arnold during the recall election against Grey Davis. He has lofty goals as well, but he overlooked the challange of getting things through, especially in brain dead California, the legislature. Cain will have the same problem and it will be far worse for him with the Dems as it is for BO with the GOP. The Dem's always have and always will be the party of the slave master (just look at some of their 1870 political posters). They'll never do the bid of a conservative black man. You think Obama's race is encumbering his legacy, wait til this guy gets in. Unless a GOP house and 60 member senate is voted in, Cain will find life in the big chair isn't all it's cracked up to be getting political co-operation.

4) He's a mathematician. Bet nobody knows he's got a degree in math. Once this gets out, people are going to become apprehensive. I know as people treat me like some either freak or arrogant jacka$$. One of the biggest frustration for me is people tend to apprehensive of me as they think that I know it all (God knows, I know enough to know I don't know) or they're beneath me for my high IQ and math savvy. At least til they need a math tutor. I fear this prejudice will stick to him.

Given what's at stake, given the survival of the Republic, Cain is the only one with some sense and brains, but the public in the past tends to disdain such attributes. Go ask a math teacher as math is the most hated subject in polls, even among adults. However, this man can think and reason. More than I give the entire political machines right now and most of the voters. Math is a tough, mind straining discipline. It's not for the feeble minded, yet this man has endured. We'll get a president that can think critically, with reason, and with some sense, especially when it comes to the economy. I truly fear for the survival of the Republic and I have no faith in the current government or the voters themselves who are just as corrupt. Cain is the only one that would instill hope that you can believe in as it will at least be based on some reason other than slogans and theoretical class warfare or social engineering. Since Regan left, our Presidents have gotten progressively worse than the predecessor. Cain will be different as far as the thinking at the top level, and I for one going to have some faith for once we can stop going the leftist and socialistic course than we've been going. That is hope and a change I can believe in.

For one to list the complete and utter failures of this pathetic pResidency, you would need a book about 4 inches think. Foreign policies, has the logic of a Spongebob cartoon and is a complete and utterly confusing mess that God almighty couldn't reorganized to anything coherent. The economy is a mess and Obama's policies have just done nothing but throw gasoline on an open flame in its destruction going from 6% unemployment to constantly hovering between 9 to 10 percent. He's on pace to double the national debt going from 40% GNP to over 100% and still climbing. All that hoopla over raising the debt ceiling and they blame the Tea Party for it's disaster and encumbering his celestial solutions despite the ceiling being raised the most since its inception. Social issues are reaching a breaking point as the balcanization of the citizens are reaching the point of violence with the now unpunished black flash mobs and the unflinching Islamic caliphate demands like those in Dearborn. So much for being an uniter. He's shredded the constitution with his executive orders and his non "kinetic actions" of the military. Now, with his infinite wisdom (please stop laughing), he's now going to shine his glowing light on the education sector.

Anyone with a brain knows that education in this country has become a laughingstock of the world. We're pretty much dead last against industrial nations in every category, especially math and science. Heck, we're pretty far down competing against 3rd world countries. Now Obama thinks, as usual with all liberals, throwing more money at the problem is the solution. Perhaps one should look at Obama himself as a prime example why the education system is the disaster that it is, especially with college educated members.

BO thinks that the school are too decrypted and underfunded. Many of the buildings are over 30 years old, about 70%. Many do need repairs. However, these are suppose to be state issues, not the federal. I maintain you can modernized all the schools and it won't to a lick of good for one simple reason: racial and class warfare. If you want to get to the heart of why the education system is a mess, go into a classroom and listen to what's regurgitated. Actually, I should say the schools are failing in such that they're failing to educate to think critically and to teach the fundamentals of reading, writing and arthritic. Having been a teacher once, I can tell you, if you read previous posts, the education system is excellent in what its true prime directive is: promoting racial and class warfare. Go into a classroom and most students won't have a clue about history, science, English (but Spanish and many other foreign languages, that's another story), math, social studies, but sex (they know enough to make brothel workers in Nevada blush), drugs, affirmative action, civil rights, class warfare, they are complete experts.

Obama thinks we can become competitive again by making our schools more "modern". The problem is the more money that is thrown to the liberal unionized government owned and protected monopoly of public education (if we all could afford private education, I would include they have competition, but they can't so I won't. That's why vouchers are so popular, but the ignorance masses are educated to fear them.) will allowed the school to afford the "resources" to properly educate the masses. What foolishness. This is too typical of socialist liberals. They think it's a lack of toys, teachers, classrooms, etc. that is the cause of the dysfunction. Despite spending the most per student in the world, we produce at this current time perhaps the most stupid of citizens. Pouring more money into it will just yield more stupid. Obama wants to treat the symptoms of a larger problem: the disdainment of education. The primary reason education is so terrible is the entitlement mentality has made education valueless. Why get educated when you can get welfare? Why get educated when you can have Section 8? Why get educated when you can have food stamps? Why get educated when you have affirmative action? Why get educated when you can spew vulgar mindless rap, sell drugs, or get a government job that don't require you to actually be productive? Why get educated when you can sue for violating your civil rights to not be productive? Heck, we don't even require they know how to put their pants on correctly. Education isn't valued, especially those protected minorities as they're entitled to entitlements if they fail to get educated. Heck, many find being educated as being racist. How many times I was being accused to violating their civil rights and threaten with a lawsuit because I tried to discipline them for being "too black" or "too Hispanic"?

As I've stated before, two court rulings have doomed education and til they're repealed, will continue to keep this slide going: No prayer and every child is entitled (even illegal aliens) to a public education. The prayer isn't bringing down the schools as we have taken God out of the school. You want separation of "church" and state, fine. What that ruling did was take away any value system out the school. There is no right and wrong any more, just shades of gray, so if a gang banger wants to create havoc, it's their right. The teacher will take the blame for his lack of progress. What kind of discipline system can you have if all values and attitudes are equally right? The 2nd ruling is the one that continue the slide. Since every child is entitled to an education, that will include those that don't want one. Liberals can't get it through their thick skulls that you can't educate an unwilling subject. They still believe the lie that every child wants to learn. That's the first thing they teach you when you enter a teaching credential program and they propagandize that throughout the whole program as if they're trying to convince themselves, not the student teacher. You can, as one stupid idiot stated at one of these teacher union protests, pay a billion dollars per student. You're just going to get a billion dollars worth of stupid.

Obama himself, a man that has passed through life from benefiting not from excellence, I don't what anyone says, he's a moron! He's not a smart man what so ever and yet everyone continues to state he's the smartest man in the room. What scares me is that they're right which doesn't say much. Minorities are often passed without knowing anything because they don't want to learn or just plain don't care because of social promotion. A sugar coated form of affirmative action and then are shocked they don't know anything and can't pass their college classes (let's face it, they're going to get in if they want rather they have the grade or not) but are given passing grades as to avoid lawsuits. Obama himself has actually the first job in his life where he's actually expected to know something and figure out solution and will finally be held accountable. This is why his poll numbers are so horrible. He hasn't produce one solution and everything he touches turns to poop. Though I think the destruction of American is deliberate, I'm convince it's his advisors that are the brains of the operation, not him and now, they have no idea what to do at this point. Not without admitting the truth and that will destroy the whole party.

So with entitlements and affirmative action, there is no real reason for those that are doing poorly to improve. They're going to be "taken care of" regardless and then they're the one doing the complaining when it doesn't work out. As long as we have no value system, no real consequences for failure, allowing those that don't want to learn to disrupt and pollute the system and passing them a civil right, we can throw all the money in the world at it. The education will continue to fail.

Just when BO start to shows he finally gets it, he doesn't.

Obama for the first time that I can remember, or so long between correct course of action that I can't remember, had done something right and surprised me. The what would be the final nail in the coffin of any more job growth in the evil and destructive Gaia worshiping EPA emissions standards has been nixed. Now will any of this is to remain in effect when 2013 comes should by the worse miracle in US history, or should I say curse, that this president get re-elected will remain to be seen. As for now, business interests have a 15 month reprieve for now. I was beginning to think that he actually grew a brain and started to get that if his oppressive policies goes into effect and creates a depression that we're so teetering on (though I believe we're in it and it's just not reported as such), it will finish him off as well as his party. As long as the illusion that things are turning around, he can attempt to bamboozle the people into thinking he's doing something constructive. Regardless, the right thing was done.

Then he goes and proves me right that he still doesn't have a clue about rebounding the economy. He wants to pass a jobs bill, if you want to call it that, that FDR would be proud of: infrastructure reconstruction. Though I agree we do need to revamp our crumbling infrastructure, I find a few things wrong and lacking. First, he doesn't mention who will do the work. If it's the public workers with their unionized workers, then no thanks. I see how well Caltrans works here, and I truly believe these people are given IQ tests and the bottom 10% are the only ones allowed to work for the state agency. Take a look at the shoddy work as California's roads are ranked the worse by AAA and their surveys. The poor work they do and how much of bureaucracy they truly are. When I was returning from my Disneyland trip back to Sacramento, we were making good time on I-5 and then I hit Elk Grove and 18 miles of Caltrans work. Only thing, only 1/2 of a mile was being worked on, so I couldn't make my destination for 17 1/2 miles because they wanted to get in the way and flex their muscles I guess. One thing for sure, they weren't working on that part of the road. What's worse, take a good time to observe what goes on at these sites, and it's hard not to notice since you're not actually being able to move, more than 4 out of 5 workers aren't doing anything but standing around or doing perfunctory duties. I have to wonder how much above the private sector worker who would be fired for such laziness and inefficiently, not to mention the backlash for delaying the working class by blocking off so much unnecessarily, are they being paid better? Given how much of a big government and union bed buddy Obama is I don't hold much hope of funds going to bidding private companies.

Let's suppose by another major miracle, that Obama has a bidding war by the private sector and funds are rewarded for the infrastructure work, one, where is the money going to come from, and 2, this more or less addresses the symptom not the cause of the recession: government intrusion. As much as I like to see the private sector back to work, our current state of fiscal decadence isn't able to support such a project. At least not while we're giving so much in handouts and entitlements. However, it shows how Obama continues to believe that government is the solution, not the problem. It's more government projects, government stimulus that didn't work before, more bigger government. Should the economy be recovering and these are addressing the needs for the growing economy, then I would say go for it as long as it going to the private sector and not the incompetent public labor and their unions. If it was for a supporting role, perhaps this would make sense.

When you get to the bare bones of the issue at hand as far as the job creation demand for the economy, Obama is pumping up his government is the end all for all things and has no real investment for turning things around and allowing the market to recover and let it grow and stimulate us out of this recession. It's more socialistic big government WPA programs and this explosion of government is why, as Reagan state it best, "government isn't the solution to our problems, government IS the problem" and we will still continue to struggle for economic and job growth. Until Obama learns that, and there's no reason what so ever that he ever will since it goes contrary to everything he believes in, we will continue on this road to stagnation and until he or any other leftist radical is out of white house and are a minority in the congress, none of that is going to change.

There's an article about the BO administration and now how the HHS is forcing catholic hospitals to perform abortions and other sterilization procedures or else lose their medical licenses. This showing the disdain Obama and his minions have for the catholic church. This got me going over a discussion my wife and I had just before she left 3 months ago to establish a family business and attend a wedding that's currently going. The Filipino government is entertaining legalizing two bills, one my wife is all for, the other is not. I say on either, be careful for what you wish for as look at the consequences it's had on the United States.

What are these two bills? First is the legalization of abortions. This is the one my wife opposes and despite gaining ground in the congress, it's looking at what is going to be, for now, a sure defeat. Unlike in the US where the progessive socialist movement in our school has brainwashed our voting bodies to the secularist or humanist nonsense that unborn humans are just tissue that a woman has a right to choose whether she wants it there or not, the Filipino society isn't so crass about moral issues. The country is 85% catholic, but despite their human failings, they don't turn away from their teachings so easily. In fact, the catholic teachings are premissable in their school and shocking enough, they don't have a theocracy as all the hyper panicky secularist have here if anyone so much show an iota of Christian faith. They're living proof, despite their problem, if a politician or the voters have Christian faith, the country would fall into an oppressive theocracy. They have a constitutional democratic republic and their faith has been no threat to it (though there have been 3 failed attempts to dissolved the two chamber republic into a parliamentary government, but the people saw through the power ruse for Arroyro buying another 8 years and denied it) Getting them to agree that abortions should be openly legal is going to be horrid to them, though it's gaining ground. Planned Parenthood's lobbying is having some effect, especially their cry for "women's rights", but the women aren't complaining, at least about reproductive rights, and thus abortion has been off the table so far and looks to be again for now.

The second bill up, and this is the one my wife supports, is the legalization of divorce. Divorce is illegal in the Philippines, though you can end a marriage through annulment through the church, but it's very cost prohibited. This becoming law would be very dangerous for the Filipinos. Marriage is a scared vow there, unlike here where it's just words, a contract to be voided once it become inconvenient. Since no fault divorce was enacted, or what I call blame the men for all that went wrong divorce, marriage has becoming nothing more than a contract of convenience. Now it's so perverted and stigmatized, that unless you're gay, marriage is view as oppressive and ancient. Shoot, for the most part we reward promiscuity and punish matrimony. This I believe is from the "right to choose" mentality as family and children are disdained as being too encumbering to women. The arguments for divorce there, and it's starting to be widely accepted, is that women are in abusive marriages with no way out, not to mention the men can freely break their vows with no consequence. This is why I think the infidelity should be criminalized, not divorce being legalized. Can't have it both ways. However, what will make divorce a devastating cultural disaster for the Filipino, in my opinion, is how destructive it is here. Marriage is such a joke here that it's harder to get out of a contract for buying a refrigerator than the difficulty it is to get a divorce. Sure, the abuse of infidelity will end, but the Philippines are economically under developed. Also remember, there is no welfare, food stamps, WIC, and all the other freebies that make single motherhood so appetizing here, and that's assuming the courts will be so willing to give the mother's custody. You see as for the child support and spousal support, unlike here with the court bias against men to assured that a woman and the children are properly cared for by default as men are always blamed for the breakdown of a marriage, it's the opposite there. They go by who can best support the child and since it's the men that do the work, it's the fathers that get the children (at least in the annulments). Not to mention, family unity is the only thing that the Filipinos have that brings them strength and get them through the economically disadvantaged country as so many countries loot and take advantage, in my opinion as well as too many of their politicians. Imagine all the single fathers (or mothers should the case be) and forcing the support by the noncustodial parent having to now support two household which happens many times in the infidelities, but now will be the rule of law. Women are at a disadvantage as it is not to mention, even if it should go to the mother and the father have to support two household, there just aren't the jobs there to really support either rulings. There are a few rich men that can support their families and the mistresses, but that's the exception to the rule (as one senator has 89 children with 17 mistress. Yea you read the right). Do we really want to make this quote "acceptable"? That will shoot a big problem to an overwhelming one increasing the the thing they have that they don't need any more of, poverty. Women right groups here complain about the poverty single women are in while promoting that which got them there in the first place, mainly having children, not marrying the fathers or holding them accountable. Should the Filipinos go on that course as divorce for the most part will make couples just bypass marriage all together like we do here and just increase the illegitimate rate and make poverty so more severe.

Here in the US, we've terminated over 50 million unborn babies since Roe vs. Wade. This makes it the worse holocaust in human history only behind Mao's Cultural revolution 60 million dead and we should pass that up in just a few years. If this doesn't symbolize evil, what does? to think this is what's happening in the America. This was all started by a genocidal woman that wanted abortions used to exterminate the black race. I'm referring to the founder of Planned Parenthood, not Roe. However, this is where life becoming valueless or of lesser value started. Since the rule of law, such as it is, is if it interferes with my narcissism, then it's encumbrance of liberty. Seems the life of certain others are a part of that equation now. If we have no value at creation, then why do we have value when we're born? Because our mother didn't terminate us? Who will decide who should get medical care? If a woman can choose if a child has value, what about a government about its citizens there? That's what Obamacare is about. This, I believe has lead to the downfall of the family. Divorce has skyrocketed since not to mention the cultural decay. Many now don't even bother to get married since it's no longer benevolent nor advantageous to do so unless you're gay. Single parenthood, up, teenage pregnancy, after a short period of decline but now that abstinence is no longer being taught, is up, crime is up and now being excused by some, dropout rates, civil disorders are all up and liberties are down. Now the Filipinos are entertaining the political groups (yes, Planned Parenthood, an oxymoron, is a political group as well as an abortion mill) that created this mess to enact laws that put us on this path. Since such policies are contributors to the decline of the American empire, again in my opinion, I can only imagine the total chaos and disorder that would be created should their underdeveloped country would go through. The Philippines is possibly the only country left in the world with any Jedeo-Christians values left. It would be a shame that they allow to lose that part of their culture as it has done so much damage to a first world country, Europe in general, and frankly, it would be far more destructive to theirs.

The Casey verdict. No real surprise.

The breaking news is that Casey Anthony, the woman accused of drowning her daughter, has been acquitted of killing her. Although the case was shaky, there is 3 pieces of evidence that clearing demonstrates her guilt, and I don't care what 12 morons think: her making the accidental drowning that she claimed look like a murder. No sane person does that nor has it ever happened before in criminal justice history. Having not report the drowning or even disappearance of her child for a month. Lastly, the one missed by the jury, her character. This is one of the most stone cold hearted and evil women I've ever seen. Her demeanor, or lack thereof, showed no love, remorse, or even sorrow for the lost of her daughter. He only tears came when her character was impuned. None of her action or evidence supports this was an accidental death.

However, this verdict doesn't come as a surprise to me. The motive for her killing her daughter was that she interfered with her "liberties". She couldn't go out and party like she did for a month after her daughter died. You see, when you get to the gist of the case it was a case of a child's life vs. the mother's liberties and the jury sided with the liberties. They did find her guilty of lying to police, but concluded that it was an accident. Oh yea, I can see why a person would lie about an accident and make it look like a murder. When you get to the gist of things, we don't value the lives of our children in our society. We have abortion on demand that uses the same flawed reasoning as the jury in this case. We let the education system fail them year after year, we don't allow proper supervision and let them be self destructive, heck we've even made having hired help take on the burden was a right with child care. Heck this woman did, as one of California's senators once profess, the child has no right to life in the impunity of a woman liberty. A woman has a constitutional right to abortion and up to the age of 1 year old. All this woman did was wait a year too long.

Well, I could add if this was the father (so far nobody seems to know who he is) that comitted the murder, I doubt the verdict would be the same, thus why I feel this is a woman's liberty vs. child's life issue. I just know another evil, selfish and now murderous woman that laughed the jury when the verdict was read (think OJ and Robert Blake here folks, but they murdered adults). I just wish these were flukes instead of common verdicts.

We seemed to have a lot of issue and scandals that, depending on who's committing them, are getting different spanks for different ranks. Most of the defenders are using "cultural" defenses, especially when it comes to the jihadi cancer within our mists. I've finally decided to put moral relativism, the very issue that Pope Benedict XVI as stated as being the biggest threat to the survival of humanity currently to the test of logic. This may be one of the complex and long winded entries and I will try to avoid math symbiotic languages keeping to layman's terms as much as possible , but bare with me and Spokes logical conclusion would be moral relativism is one absurd stance to take.

Logic is more dictated by it's structure more than the validity of it's statements. In an logic argument, one must put all the statements in either true or false questions or statements. I.e, I am either wearing a black shirt or I am not. Do I look good in it isn't a statement that can be used in a logical argument. This is where most relativist start to go array already. When we talk about logical in its structure, we mean from a we get b, from b we get c and from c we get d, therefore from a we get d where a, b, c, d are t or f statements. By structure, if these statement are presented within the rules of logic, then the statement is logical. This only means after this that if the premises are true (the statements before the conclusion) then the conclusion MUST be true. I'll give two examples. All triangles by definition have 3 sides. Figure ABC has 3 sides. Therefore Figure ABC is a triangle. Structure within the rules of logic, both premises are true, therefore the conclusion must be true. Logicians call these sound arguments. Now this one. All Elephants are pink, Daisy is an Elephant, therefore Daisy is pink. These arguments are logical in its structure. However, as humans what's the first thing that stands out? Elephants aren't pink, there, since the primary premise is false, the conclusion is false (this isn't always the case, but if the primary, the first premise or any other premise that subsequent premises are based on, the conclusion will have to be false). This is what is called an unsound argument.

So with a basic understanding, let's get to the basis of logical arguments. We're going to deal with just the absolute truths, i.e. the ALL argument. When it comes to absolute truths, one must prove that for ALL members in a group, i.e. for all a's a member of b, that the conclusion will be sound for EVERY SINGLE a. As with the triangle argument, that will be true, by definition, of every single 3 sided geometric figure. So it's in mathematics as an absolute truth. Now a relativist can make the claim in his world it as 4 sides. He'll make a lousy mathematician, but by his reasoning, he's entitled to it. However, all one needs to bust the absolutism is one counter argument, a single case where it's not true and the whole argument becomes unsound. It's why in some cases there are exceptions made like being able to divide in the Real numbers. It's true in every case but zero, so we exempt zero and it becomes an absolute truth (the real argument is it's an absolute truth in the Reals-zero field, but lets not get to math jargon too much here). In a sense division in the Reals (and Rational and Irrational fields as well) is a Relative truth in the sense it's relative to those non-zero members or elements. It's even more relative in the Integers, Whole and Natural numbers in the sense that it can only be done when it divides evenly (4/2 is possible, but 4/3 is not as they're not members of the number group). So take the moral that killing is wrong. It's in the Bible (well, Murder is, not killing completely, but I'll make that argument in a sec) and is supported by every government on earth (except Islam where it's ok to kill infidels, but there own kind, it's considered wrong). It's an argument that Immanual Kant used that if everyone was allowed to kill, we would become exinct so it's immoral, though some animal or environmental worshipers would argue that man's extinction would be a good thing, but I'm going with RATIONAL people. So a relativist will make the argument that execution of a mass murderer is wrong. They actually have a point as the argument killing is wrong is taken as an absolute (we'll get to the abortion, the one they'll accept in a second), you can't execute the mass murderer. If all K is W, then one counter argument is all that needed to disprove that. There is: self defense. Everywhere, and even in the Bible, a person is allowed the right to self defense (again, except infidels in Islamic countries, but hey, this isn't an absolute truth). So since a person is allow to kill to defend themselves, killing is immoral is not an absolute truth. Now take the argument of killing of an innocent, or as defined in legal code and the Bible as murder (and this is what the 7th commandment says: Thu Shall not Murder. Doesn't say shall not kill), then arguments can be made it's an absolute. This is why the abortion issue won't die. The premise that abortion is murder, the killing of an innocent, that is at the heart of the debate because if the unborn is an innocent human, then abortion is immoral. However as the argument shows, anyone that believes all truths are absolute, are extremists and not correct. . . logically.

Pardon the long intro, but was need to make the case against relativism. The moral relativism argument goes down in flames quick and very simply. The relativist make a fatal mistake in set theory: entropic erosion. That's the foundation that a group can become too big. Ok, no math jargon, sorry. Here goes. Moral relativists believe all truths are relative. There are no black and white, just shades of grey. I.e., All T's are R. All I have to do is come up with one counter argument and this argument is proven to be unsound. To be relative, by definition, is to be dependent on some circumstances or cultural or personal belief. Murder is wrong for one person, can be OK for an another if they don't have the same faith as they do. They're both shades of grey. However, the very statement All T's are R is by definition an Absolute truth. By the structure of this statement, it's going be false no matter what T's you're using, as the statement All Truths are Relative will have to be false because to believe all truths are relative is an absolute truth. This is what is known as a contradiction. The most basic contradiction is the P and Not P argument. No matter what P is, it's going to leave to a false statement. This is the main flaw with relativism, they want to have it both ways having P and Not P be a truth or true statement. By the rules of logic, it can't This is where a group can become too large and become entropic. If you have elements where P is an element of the group and Not P is also an element, then you got a big problem. However, with the division by zero, the relativist will state that's the only one. Well, now, unlike the division argument where the rest of the premises (all the other a's in the Reals) are true, this one will have another contradiction as we now have TWO absolute truths. All T's are R's and All T's are R's is the ONLY absolute truth. Uh ho. This is getting bad. Now you'll have to make an exception to that one, but now you'll have yet another absolute truth that will contradict the previous relative statement. This can go infinitely. I won't get into the details but this a textbook example of a proof by induction disproving the original assumption: all truths are Relative. A similar one is used to prove the properties and existence of the Natural numbers, but again no more math lessons. This demonstrates that the very premise that moralist use is flawed and completely unsound logic. To accept such a premise is to accept 2+2=5, triangles have less than or greater than 3 sides, the sun rises in the West and sets on the East, etc. Oh wait, they do.

This is why relativist believe is so many stupid, contradictory and downright insane things. They believe they can have it both ways. That P and Not P can be made a true statement by saying that it is. This is why the life of a mass murderer is revered, but the unborn is not, why we spend more and more on education while the children learn less and less for what's knowledge if you can change the meaning? Why Judeo-Christian values are evil, and jihadi Islam is good, why the productive is disdained while the parasite is cherished, while capitalism is a failure, and Marxism is successful, Gay marriage is being sanctified, while tradition marriage is becoming archaic (seems contradictory, if it's not for procreation for which it was designed to protect, rearing of potential children created by the union, but it's enhances its true meaning. Ouch my head!), New age is the modern faith, Jews and Christians are living in the past, America is evil, the third world is her vitreous but oppressed victims, charity is victimizing while theft from the unproductive is merited, Libya, Iran, and Saudi Arabia on the counsel for Women Rights and Cuba, Egypt and Syria on the Human Rights Counsel makes sense while Western Nations don't, Taxing to prosperity works while growing an economy doesn't, Health care being a right while having what you earn isn't, fighting terrorism is wrong while defending Israel's right to exist isn't, Tea party is racist while baton threatening Black Panthers aren't, Global warming is a proven science while global temperatures are on the decline, ignorance is bliss while knowledge is evil (just ask the next two people), Mao Tse-Tung and Pol Pot weren't revolutionaries and America's founding fathers were evil racists that only cared for the white man, Bush is evil incarnate while Obama is our savior (though both have done the same thing with exception to Court nominees. Supreme Court intervening in State Rights?

The supreme court, in an insane 5-4 decision, decided to infringe on state rights, in this case California, home of the radical leftist, and DEMAND the release of 40,000 prisoners and the reason should disgust anyone with any kind of sensibilities: quality of THEIR health care. The government meddling into the health care debate is going to have "negative consequences" as Scalia said or paraphrase to something like that.

This decision is an abomination because our prisons are overcrowded for two main reasons. One the fault of bleeding heart antagonist like the ACLU. The other is the federal government's fault and they want the state to pay for their neglect. The first being is that we don't use the death penalty. There's a bit of trick question out there that goes: "What state sentence the most people to death row?" Most think Texas or Florida, but they would be wrong. Those are the states that EXECUTE the most on death row, but California is king of the death sentence which no criminal here takes seriously as we've only had, what, 6 execution since 1978, 33 years. Currently we have over 1000 prisoners on death row, and sickening as it is, most can qualify for parole if their appeals are dragged out long enough (til 3 strikes that is). So we got a bunch of bleeding hearts making prison over crowded by appealing for their rights. Yet the unborn is open game. Go figure. What's worse now is that our execution method is being challenged as too inhumane as the needles "hurts" the prisoners. Oh man, you can't make up this kind of stupidity. Killing a innocent human being is humane, but sticking a needle in him is too painful. As well as they want to pull the license of any doctor or pharmacist that prescribes one of the drugs that is used to execute the prisoners. We wonder why people out of state see us as the land of fruits and nuts (and not the agricultural kind either)?

The second reason and the main one that makes the court hypocritical: Illegal Aliens. one third of our prisoners are illegal aliens (no, they're not undocumented immigrants as their crime, other than the one that started it all, crossing our borders illegally). Very violent aliens at that. A great deal are members of the MS-13 and other gangs. Keep in mind, the 40,000 they want released are FELONS, not your non-violent drug user, but hard core, immoral, amoral, and soulless ghouls that will feed upon the law abiding populace. How much less crowding, including those that aren't felons that contribute to the overpopulation, would we have if the federal government did it's job instead of catering to votes they're not entitled to have. Remember, the same ACLU that are suing for the prisoner's rights also fight for the illegal alien under the clandestine terminology of "undocumented immigration"? What do you think these evil goons, both foreign and domestic, are going to do when they get out? Most likely back to their old line of work that got them in prison in the first place. Since we're "overcrowded", where are we going to do with them when they do?

What disgusts me the most isn't the coddling of prisoners the evil malcontents in our society, as well of those of foreign country that we're all too willing to accept without question, especially in LA and San Fransicko, but how they're entitled to a privilege, yes I said privilege, that many law abiding citizen don't have: free health care. 15% of citizens (that's citizens, keep in mind illegals get it free) don't even have health care, while about 25% are under covered. That means these prisoners get more than 40%, as they get everything, even cancer treatment. There have been cases were illegal aliens came here to break our law to be assure of getting the long term care they needed. We wonder why as a state we're broke as well as the Federal government that can run deficits? Better yet, why should the states pay for federal neglect? They make these mandates to the state, refuse to fund them, and then throw the wolves at us when the problem escalates beyond control and now some of the life in prison is better than those that produce and provide in this country. Oh well, soon we will have Obamacare, but I have to wonder one thing: will the ACLU sue to get an exemption for prisoners. Given how our government attitude is, I'll wager this same group of 5 morons in black robes will demand the federal government grant it.

The bombing in Pakistan just has me scratching my head and demonstrates a prime example how downright evil and stupid jihadi Muslims really are. So far 80 people are dead after a bombing being claimed by the Taliban in a retaliation for Bin Laden's death. How stupid are these psychopaths? Well, Pakistan was protecting Bin Laden. Anyone that doubts that are in just plain denial as all the evidence, and their reaction, demonstrates this. If fact, they're threatening to kill any troops that dare try to get any more "Militia" members. It was the US that killed him, not the Pakistanis. So why attack them when they did everything to protect and enable him. If one doesn't believe that, why was Bin Laden so complacent? Because he knew he had nothing to fear even though he's less than a mile from a barracks and an academy. So, unless it was to punish them for their failure to protect him, this attack makes absolutely no sense. Then again, this is Jihadism. What about Jihadism that makes any rational sense?

I tried to avoid reading the editorials as our newspaper here isn't worthy to line the bird cage. One piece got my attention and my goat. It was written by a farm owner who basically calls those of us opposing illegal aliens as hyprocites and prejudicial. He argues that Americans are too stupid, lazy, or cheap to do the work that he needs and those that oppose are akin to the slave owners in the South before the Civil War. Let's take a look at his reasoning.

First of all, he's a criminal as he admits he's hiring illegal aliens to do his work and doesn't provide any housing, benefits, or social costs of his slaves. He's basically admitted that he's a slave driver and can't survive without his slaves. The same arguments that the South made before the Civil War and their industries survived after they were rebuilt after the war.

He first mentions that nobody is lining up to do the work by grudging in the mud to harvest the melons that he grows. Really, why is that? He doesn't mention what he pays, but I'll be willing to bet it's below minimum wage, so yes, he's right. We won't work for $2/hour to drudge in the mud to pick melons. While he's praising the illegal aliens, who work for $2/hours with no benefits nor even ask for transportation or housing. Who's paying for their medical care? It's not him. Who pays for their housing which they stuff 10 families in a one bedroom apartment. At least Southern slave owners, barring the horrid abuse, housed their slaves. More than this hyprocite does. While we're on abuse, how about how the coyotes and human trafficker treat them?

He claims on the statement "what part of illegal do you know understand?" with "What part of economic reality don't we understand?" Well, I rather pay two extra bucks for my lettuce or melons if I can affordable health care (Obama care is going to be way more expensive) instead of having hospitals closing due to these dead beats. Again, Mr. Farmer, you're not paying for it, we are and at much higher price of higher melons. It's he that doesn't understand the "economic realities". He's ripping off the "immigrant" worker. He's ripping off the taxpayers by having us pay for their housing, food with food stamps, health care, crime, drugs, and education. Dude, you need to take a look in the mirror because I doubt you would hire an American. If you're really worried about Americans lining up at your door, whens the last time you lobbied against the welfare state that keeps Americans from needing your job. Oh wait, they would require you to work within the law. If you had to work within the law, you would find a way or someone would innovate something, like the Cotton gin, to make it more efficient. While you got this ignorant, illiterate peasant class from 3rd world countries with a complicit government to subsidize your labor costs, nobody is going to have a need nor desire to do so.

Frankly, I used to think businesses were either stuck with needing workers that will do the the work that Welfare kings and queens won't do, but now I realize, they're nothing but slave drivers that expect the tax payer to subsidize their labor costs, at least those that admit it. If I have to pay a bit more for my produce to eliminate the social and economic costs his slave labor costs us, so be it. Obama's war against America, especially the middle class and "white" America takes an all new low. That speech which was really a campaign speech pandering to the lowest class of his evil mentality was racist, bigoted and down right hypocritical.

First of all, remember he's talking about illegal alien children, not anchor babies. These are children that were born and citizens of their "homeland". So this statement "We shouldn't punish the children for the crimes of their parents" was fallacious on many fronts. First, it doesn't reflect the real world. If I drive my car with my kids into a canal, we're all going to die. If I don't work, they don't eat as well as I. This is why people need to learn to be responsible before having children because what we do does effect them. Just look at Obama's mother as a prime demonstration. While we're on "doing it for the children" theme, if it's so wrong for the children not be punish or pay for their parent's mistakes, why does he support abortion?

His statement of how immigration, or in this case illegal immigration, has made America demonstrates his either hatred or down right ignorance of how America was built. Most immigrants came here legally and had something to offer their new home country. These example of how they're all better than we are, especially white male America, was as racist and continues with his class warfare mentality. Second, we're already bankrupt from the laws that aren't being enforced. Third, this will just encourage more illegal activity as we are going to continue to reward illegal activity. I would ask the question to these invaders that demonstrate their hatred of the US and their love for Latin Nation, Russia, Vietnam, China, etc, would you become a citizen seeing how much the government gives to you being illegal versus how they treat their citizen by screwing them, both by giving preferences and the bill? Some how, other to bring their relatives from their countries, they gain no advantages.

I have to admit, this administration has actually amazed me. After gaining a huge victory, they managed to screw it completely up. Instead of taking pride, as the President seemed to do when announcing that Osama (no, not Obama as Fox news managed to make a fool of themselves by stating) was killed, things seemed right in the world, the sky was bluer, like the Doolittle Raid on Tokyo, people were actually, after a decade of BS and cultural defeat, we can actually win the war on terror. Heck, the savages even got their carcasses out of the streets in their protest and hate speeches.

However, a man and his minions that are incapable of telling the truth have gone out and, one, try to smear the SEAL's that did this fine work by making them look like savages, and two, obfuscate the whole thing by putting out 5 different stories, and three, refuse to show the photos as being too graphic. As for number 3, please, I saw the victims splatter like watermelons on 911, so seeing this evil piece of garbage have what little brains he had splatter would be no big thing. This whole stupid bruhahaha (that means crazy in Tagalog) is to appease the hatred of those that want us dead. In a matter of 48 hours we've gone from being able to win, to we can win because we can't offend the enemy by killing their evil, savage asses so we can't promote it. All I can say is, "way to go BO. You finally did something right and butcher it beyond recondition making even Osama's face look pretty in comparison.". Been away from blogland for a bit. With Christmas and 5 days later, my son's birthday, haven't had time for much writing. Seems everyone has their share of the year that was, it had some good, some bad and a lot of ugly. The Dems got hammered and lost the house, but not before getting their revenge with the START Treaty. Cap and Trade has been delayed, but Obamacare is going strong, though hit with a major financing and tyrannical forcing of the buying of government policies. We got a break from the taxes, but as for two issues, 2010 was one of the worse disaster for America. Hopefully with a split congress, things can be slowed down a bit.

National Security took the worse hit in the country's history. The Muslim lunatics are as fearless against us as ever. Had it not for, the rumored, Israeli computer assault on Iran's nuclear computers, we very well could had been looking at a nuclear armed Persia. North Korea is unstable as ever, we've unilateral disarming our nuclear deterrent, as the dems got their final revenge against the American people. The war in Mexico is on American soil and our government is protecting THEM. The wars continue as we suffer defeat after defeat. Bigotry and hatred of Amerca are gaining in strength. This next year is going to be interesting.

Since everyone have their share of prediction, I thought I would get in the act.

1. Obama will continue to lose in numbers as the unemployment numbers continue to stagnate. He'll gain a few as the progressive and media spread their hatred against the Republican house but won't be able hold as:

2. The Economy will continue to stagnate. We'll hear continue numbers that things are getting better, but people will still not be able to find work.

3. Expect Hilary to take advantage of the situation and rumor to run against BO. Not that she'll run. BO will just be too popular with the leftist statist.

4. Russia to rise again as a threat on the world scene. With the US not willing to intervene, expect some moves against their neighbors.

5. Islamic terrorism worldwide to increase. With nobody really fighting them and most actually sympathizing with them, they'll go on the warpath.

6. The war in Afghanistan will turn for the worse. NATO has abandoned the cause, Britain can't keep their Islamic populace appeased, leaving the US with no will to win to take the fall.

7. No major progress with the 112th Congress. With the houses split, nothing will get done. Hopefully this will be a good thing as the statist can't move on their agenda.

8. Obama will reveal his true intentions (if he hasn't already) as he'll radicalize his executive orders. Liberals will do by executive order what they can't legislate.

9. Expect the Supreme Court to get more involved. They're going to have to make a decision about the funding and forcing of buying of insurance, the rest of their statist agenda will have to follow and with Executive Orders getting out of control, there's going to be to have to be a decision how far the Executive can go without consent from the other two branches.

10. Mileywill have a drug meltdown and head on the path of self destruction as she's forgotten as a "rock star".

11. We'll see a sitcom making Islamic look oppressed. The media has been doing it for 10 years now, it's time for the propaganda to move to the next step.

12. The 10th Anniversary of 9-11 will see Islamic attacks coming from the newly built Victory Mosque. Many will be foiled, but a few will succeed as more and more agency succumb to the Islamic will.

13. Illegal immigration and their crimes will get out of control in California.

14. California will be the first state in US history to declare bankruptcy.

The tax bill has finally been passed into law. For the vast majority of us, we dodged a bullet for it would had been we, the bottom 2%ers that would have had our taxes increased the most. With the tax cuts extended for another 2 years, the bigger issue that isn't really get much redresses is the massive and insane spending of money we don't have, even with the tax increase, on major pet projects. The corruption of the voters is a major problem and when you look at the 3 biggest spending blocks of our government, it's clear way that spending doesn't ever get cut.

You would think with these stupid 300,000 for a concrete fish, or a library after some congress person or what ever ear marks, that getting rid of of these would be our top priorities, or how about ending welfare for why should those that don't work be rewarded, or the salaries of the top bureaucrats. Well, you can take all the social programs and wasteful nepotism that goes on with lobbies and such, it won't make that much of a dent in our national debt or budget. The top 3 blocks nearly account for nearly 2/3rds of all our spending. Yet they're such sacred cows. They make the waste we see with earmarks seem pale, a rounding error in comparison. Even the 1.2 Trillion spending stimulus would be just a fraction of these 3's costs. What are these sacred cows we need to slaughter and BBQ over an open flame.

1. Social Security. Whether you're a conservative or liberal, one cow that isn't to be touched is SS. Neither party has done much and the public, in the form of votes, will make you pay if you dare go near this. However, this is going to bankrupt the county on its own.
What Must Be Done: We need to face facts, we can't maintain SS as it is. When this program, which isn't even 80 years old yet, and yet take 20% of the federal budget, the retirement age is as it still is today, 65 years of age. However, this was installed when the life expectancy in the country was 55 years. The thinking was if you can work 10 years beyond, you've earned the privilege to retire. Today the life expectancy is 77 years. When it was 10 years beating the odds, one person's benefits was covered by 40 workers. Today it's 3 and when the boomer retire, it's going to go in the negative. When the boomers were being born, things worked out as there were far more workers contributing than those taking out. Now those numbers are reversed. Many benefits have been added, like survivor benefits as well as disabilities, benefits that were never intended for SS. Add the looting the government have of this program to cover current costs and you have not a money pit, but a money black hole.
Why nothing will get done: Simply put, far too many people are either too stupid or lazy to plan and save for the future and feel "safe" with the government in charge. The government doesn't have to contribute so they won't have any loss when his behemoth falls. Not to mention with the corruption of the voters on this one they would be slaughtered if they dare address it.

2. Defense spending. I know I won't be popular with conservatives on this one, but our defense budget is beyond obscene. We, the USA, spend more for defense than nearly DOUBLE the rest of the world combined, including China who could very well defeat us, at least in a naval conflict. It nearly accounts for 18% of our budget and what have we gained from it? The most powerful military in history that have the conjones of a paper tiger.
What must be done: First of all, we have to put an end to being the world's police man. We come to the aid of far too many countries, many our enemies. The war in South Korea, though heating up again, had been at "armistice" for nearly 50 years, and they still can't defend their own border? Why do we have troops in Europe and Japan for? Do we expect World War 2 to continue? Even the Filipinos had enough of us til the Abu's and Moro's raised up and even then, they do most of the fighting themselves. Are we still in Guam? Is there a threat of instability? We need to pick our fights for as Iraq and Afghanistan have shown us, if you're going to fight for the sake of fighting, you're going to be bled to death. Frankly, fighting to keep hostile countries and rulers in power just seem . . . well, let's say Sun Tsu would commit Harry Karry.
Why it won't get done: Well, conservatives will never give up national defense. It's a fundamental to their belief core. Liberals, dispite the talk, aren't suicidal. Even they need protection and let's face it. They fear more what would happen if we leave the lands they're protecting should we out and out leave. Not to mention, many on both sides are benefiting in some way in the contracts in the defense department. They've literally have become too big to fail (or will it be they're fail because they're too big?).

3. Medicaid. This program has to be the biggest political cancer in the history of human kind. What started as a 4 billion entitlement on the war on poverty, has mushroomed to a 400 billion nightmare more than 10 times what they projected the maxium cost and still rising. That's larger than the entire GDP of 70% of the nations on earth. It's hardly been 40 years and this thing has mushroomed 100 fold and still growing and when Bush II added prescription drugs, it set up an entitlement that won't be overcome.
What's need to be done: Obamacare even knew the need to cut this one down to size. As with SS, the benefits have to cut and be more stingy. Should be used as supplementary insurance, or reward base program to promote a private insurance model to promote the need. With government intervention, it's just going to become a bigger and more bloated monstrosity.
Why it won't get done: Medicaid is relied upon from a vast number of our elderly. With the boomers retiring, they're going to represent a block that engulfs 1/3 of the voting population. Show me a politician willing to antagonized that voting block and I'll show you a politician that wants to retire.

Painful and how much we believe in these Sacred Cows, we can't maintain them. Many of the benefits they promote aren't even funded any more (except the actual war making materials, but the benefits for the men and women are still questionable). Without cutting on these huge Sacred Cows, all this talk about spending cuts are going to be nothing more that rhetoric and out and out pipe dream. Rhetoric and pipe dreams that our national debt can't afford to take on.

With the recent bombing in Sweden (who knew they had an Islam problem? I.E. they had Muslims) and a stupid statement by moron in chief Obama when asked about his opinion of the recent Islamic uprising in Europe and his comment was that Islam is one of the world's great religion. It was at this time that one, Obama failed to disappoint me on his stupidity and treasonous thinking, and two, that line from the first Harry Potter book. "The wand chooses the wizard, not the wizard choosing the wand. It's not always clear why, but one thing is clear: we can expect great things. Obama was being question to name one good thing that comes from Muslims and his reaction is to say that it's one of the world's great religion. Well, just because something is great, doesn't make it good nor Divine. Can anyone name one good or productive things that comes from Islam? Pita bread? Oil? One thing is for sure, Islam is known more for it's evil atrocities than anything they do good. Just look at the Red Crescent, which is suppose to be the Islam equivalent of the Red Cross (I have issues with that organization, but that's for another day). Red Cross have aided people in disasters. Have the Red Crescent or is it their prime directive to document, allegedly, Israel suppression of the Islamic Arabs? Like with the disaster in Haiti, did the Red Crescent give out one scrap of bread to the suffering people there. Did the Islamic countries send engineers, doctors, or even people of average means to aid in the recover of the suffering of the Haitian people? Do they ever for any disaster even in their own countries? To they offer enforcement of peace, unless it's to oppress Westerns and Jews?

One thing anyone that's has a brain that works can testify to is the evil that has been promoted, especially after 9-11. Beheadings, bombings, stoning, oppression of women, child brides, and the West's obsession to appease these savage practices is just mind bogging. I've concluded that 9-11 was a victory for the terrorists, not just because they succeeded to bringing down the towers and damaged the Pentagon, but to the opening of the liberal mind that not only have their brains fallen out, but their desires for self preservation. Anyone that support these animals end up suicidal. What's to expect from a faith that the word "love" doesn't appear in their holy book? Hand holding and singing "kubaya" or "We are the World"? This faith is so evil, miserable, and physchotic, that followers are more than willing not to only murder the innocent but themselves. What is it about Allah's love that his subjects want to die so badly? Now we have nearly 25% of the world population at a moment notice become foaming, raving, homicidal lunatics so thin skinned as much as questioning their prophet or their sincerity can bring about riots.

For much of the faiths of the world, even some of those that would be defined as Pagan, like Buddhist, Hindus, or even Shinto that was responsible for the outbreak of fighting in the Pacific during WW2, can define love, respect for their neighbor, even if it's only those that believe that they do, but not Islam. They even fight within those that believe as they do. There are accomplishments and acts of compassion, but no where in Islam is that demonstrated. Their Prophet was an insane, even he said so, homicidal, child raping lunatic (oh dear, I've commit a capital offense against this "great" religion). Yes, Islam is a great religion, just as Voltamort was a great wizard. TERRIBLE, but Great. The downgrading of the NFL.

I rather stay from politics as it's giving me a headache. What I'm finding interesting is how a great league has been emasculated and not many have taken noticed. If anyone hasn't been tracking the NFL lately, the league is starting to face some embarrassing facts: their 4 division makeup is a complete and utter joke and disdains excellence. Right now they have a division with a real chance of sending a losing team to the playoffs. In the NFC West, the top two teams that really don't impress anyone are 6-6 with 4 games to go. The Niners at 4-8 aren't even out of it yet as they play the two teams once more themselves. It's realistic and highly likely a 7-9 team will make the playoffs. Talk about weak. What's worse, til the Kansas City Chiefs made their latest run, there was a possibility of 3 losing team fighting for a playoff spot, but their win, as well as the Raiders, over San Diego has made that unlikely that even a .500 team will come out of there as they now have 8 wins, but it took til week 13 and a winning record isn't assured there either though it's likely from that division the team will have to win 9.

What makes things silly, that a 7-9, and the only reason why it can't get worse at 6-10 is the Rams and Seahawks play each other, so it's not completely out of the question for a 6-9-1 team here, can not only can make the playoffs, but they would get the home game against a team likely to have 3 to 4 wins over them since home field isn't really by record but seeding and the division winners get the top 4. Someone tell me how this is even fair? There are some competitive division before, but 3 to 4 wins and they still get home field in what will most likely be a blood bath for the home team as they're going to be grossly out matched. To add insult to injury to how absurd this is getting, there are three teams not leading their divisions that are 8-4, 8-4 and 9-3. One of those teams aren't going to make the playoffs for a team that will most likely be 7-9. We have the possibility of three 12-4 teams and one goes home while the 7-9 HOSTS one of them. I mean a 5 win difference and I haven't added those teams that will have 8, 9 or 10 wins that may not make the playoffs either.

I never liked the 4 division set up. I feared that teams that don't deserve playoff seedlings could get in over more elite and deserving teams. This is typical socialism. Breakdown the league so no one team can heighten the bar or have teams compete to make the playoffs. They have these notice of rivals and competition in regional areas, but enough is enough. Split the leagues into three divisions like before (I would prefer we have none and base the schedule on previous year records, but that will never happen.) with each division winner getting a bye with 1,2 3 seeds and the top 2 of the remaining being wild cards based on seedings like before. It too had it's share of troubles, but even they never had a threat of a losing team making the playoffs at the expense of far better teams and it was far more competitive.

Was watching a segment of "What would you do?" and one of the segments was of two actors, first a man then a woman, with another actor pretending to be their gay son coming out and the "homophobic" reactions and see what the people in the coffee shop (oh how PC) would react. This got me thinking about the reaction in a liberal country like the US and how fellow Americans would react to anti-gay rhetoric. Well, what got me thinking was what was going on in this segment was nothing what the reactions are in Islamic societies and as the sacred cow of Islam grows in their numbers and political influence (a teacher was fired just Friday because CAIR had a cow about the class: what is Islam), what will be the end game of these two secured cows: Islam and homosexuality. It has me fearful and grateful of how our government is reacting.

First, why I'm fearful. Our government not only supports these savages of the patriarch of evil, but will silence anyone with the power of hate crime or speech for those that oppose them. So what's to become if the sacred cows start attacking each other. Under Islamic Sharia Law, the price for homosexuality is death, even by beheading. What's not known is that 16 of the 20 recruits to execute the 9-11 attacks had all been criminals with homosexuality as one of their crimes. Don't think I'm correlating homosexuality with violent crime. If you're in prison, possibly looking at a capital offense, are you going to turn down an opportunity to martyr yourself and take thousands of infidels with you? The point is that what was portrayed in the segment is nothing compared what these "people" are willing to do. Since Islam will be a far greater threat to the politicians than the gay mafia, I fear they will side with the sacred cow of Islam and then which sacred cow will be next? Just an endgame to think about.

The small thing I'm grateful for, at least for now, is that our government is so incompetent is that the changes are taking far more time and taking far work than necessary. However, time isn't on our side. One virtue Muslims have is patience. They'll wait centuries to full fill their goals, so despite our government inefficiencies. The Muslims can wait us out. I'm just hopeful that they're be so incompetent, that they can't make any more progress.

Again by a native born Muslim from Somalia, trained in Pakistan though need the lesson of how to weed out a true brother vs. the FBI as he got caught in a sting. I'm sure all the BS about Muslims being discriminated about the act of a few that seem to accumulating. If anyone pays attention to the Imam of the mosque that he attended, he didn't seem shocked, upset, didn't condemn his act, nor even deny that he promoted jihadi hatred. His big concern was going to be the Muslim backlash that often occur when one of their brethren commits a crime, mainly attempted murder if not down right murder. Again, it as an attempted arson in a small, unoccupied, office and nobody saw who did it. Ok, one thing, no infidel is going to enter one of these building of evil, not to mention that the Muslim attending aren't going to notice an infidel in their mist. Give me a break, they go ballistic when infidel are in a park with them or attend one of their "festivals". It's a bunch of nonsense perpetrated by the Muslims to make them out to be a victim of a hate crime when they are in fact the least victimized, other than whites who, by definition, can't be victims.

What makes this whole thing stupid and the leftist morons of Portland so clueless is that their number one concern is over the anti-Muslim backlash. First one, these people are stupid. This man tried to KILL THEM!!! All over because they were in the act of a Christian ritual of lighting a Christmas tree. He wanted to murder thousands and he's made it clear that was his attempt. This man has admitted that was his goal. What's worse, he has been asked if he feared that he would get caught and punished, and his answer was no. That the law enforcement of Portland don't investigate them as they have a no cooperation policy with the Federal government that they won't turn in or report on Muslim jihadist activities nor illegal alien activity.

So this man stated that the spinelessness of the law enforcement and liberal policies of the city made him embolden to pursue his jihadi goals of killing as many infidels, mainly the Christian and liberal fools that allow him to go on his merry way and attempt to murder them, and all the people of Portland, the people he tried to kill, is worried about is the consequences of those that support him, then I can't find a better definition of insanity and stupidity. Either these people lives, like Muslims it seems, is so miserable and meaningless, that they want to be sacrified by these 7th century savages, or just so stupidity and voided from reality that they think that they can't be killed because "they're with them". Either way, Portland, like San Francisco, deserve whatever they get from those animals and I for one no longer have any more sympathy for them.

The news from Portland should distrub us law abiding and sane Americans. Thank heavens, despite Holder's prejudice against the targeted victims, that the FBI foil an attempted plot to a public bombing of a public event, in this case a Christmas tree lighting ceremony. Though the FBI's record on stopping terrorist plots are spotty, they do have that they do actually FOIL terrorist plots as they did in this case. I still find it concerning that most plots so far have been foil by incompetence and luck, but the FBI can take credit for this one as they set up a sting and have this SOB left to right. What's becoming no longer interesting but monotonous is that again, it's a young Muslim born in a Muslim country, in this case the so called peaceful people of Somalia, and yes, the Somalis are claiming discrimination against them and I'm sick and tired of savages calling themselves peaceful to be honest, and was trained in Pakistan. This is becoming a broken record folks.

These incidences are making me think that the TSA has to go. The reason? Well, as stated, the FBI can make some claims that their interventions have actually encumbered terrorist attempts. I've checked the record of the TSA and do you know how many terrorist plots have been foiled by the TSA? No guess. In over 40 years, they still have yet to stop one attempt. Their record is a big fat ZERO! Not once has the TSA foiled a criminal act. The closest they've ever come was in 2001 when a head security supervisor wanted to hold Mohammad Atta, the master mind of the execution of 9-11, but the lawyers said that he had no right to despite all the evidence he had that this man was planning something but it based on profiling, and the rest, unfortunately, is history.

Now the TSA is have now invoked the most invasive protocols in its history. Heck, they get to do things even my wife doesn't do. What's worse is so many Americans are accepting of these new procedures. Don't get me wrong, I'm all for security at the airports. Without them, we're just giving an open door to those that want to do us harm, but the tactics aren't effective. Too many are making the claim that they rather be safe than sorry. Given that the TSA has never foiled a terrorist plot (they have foiled some criminal ones), how much safer are you really than you were before? The answer is NONE! It's all an illusion and many times terrorist have got on board. Just look at the shoe bomber and fruit of kaboom. If you think these new procedures are going to help, you're absolutely wrong. The chemicals used in both aren't detectable by any means. So these new procedures won't do a think to prevent them and that's what I find completely insane. All these new invasions of our personal space, in this case, our bodies and no better security than before. The news from MI-5, British Intelligence, is that now Muslim doctors are planting these explosives in Muslim women breasts and all they would need to do is bring a insulin syringe and inject the accelerating agent and you got explosive boobs and then what will be our new protocol? Mammograms, and since we can't discriminate against gender, men and children will have to take them too. I think Ben Franklin summed it up best when he said "a people that give up liberty for security deserves neither". What's worse is with all this stupidity and irrationality, we're giving up liberty and not even gaining an iota of security.

Listening to the fools that think we're either stupid or pooping in our britches over the terrorist threat at the airports are making some really stupid and Asinine statements. They're claim that all the sexual assaults, and that's what these new rules are, are what's needed to ensure safety isn't just flawed, it's downright wrong. Searching 8 year old boys, all under the permission of the father, like he had a choice, guarantee's safety on our flights. X-rays that expose all our glory in the name of security. If Ben Franklin was ever right, and I personally think he's not most of the time, it's over the giving of liberty for security that is the TSA. After all, they think the constitution be damned as it's irrelevant in the name of hiring fat slops that can't even see their own toes to inspect ours is just lunacy.

I've studied over 133 commercial airline disasters, of which 14 where caused by terrorism (and only included those that cause damaged, shoe bomber and fruit of kaboom weren't included). OK, think of that, of 133 that I could find, only 14 were by terrorists, and I'm only counting those that caused a plane to crash or be wrecked. It doesn't count the terrorism of execution like the 54 that were killed when a plane on a tarmac where killed during the commando raid (108 were on board, so half were killed during the rescue). So this claim that this BS is need for our security to fly is spacious at best because only 10% of airline disasters are caused by terrorism.

Let's see, of those 14 (and no, I didn't include the 4 planes by the 9-11 hijackers), how many where caused by white men with bombs. No, it's no zero actually. The only one caused by a white male was the first bombing ever in 1955 and it was a man that had mother issues and used it to bomb the plane to kill his mother. Other than that, no white men. Of the remaining 13, only one wasn't a Muslim. The one other one other than him was a group of Ethiopians (4) that hijacked a flight heading to Kenya that was forced to go to Australia because of their ignorance how aviation economics, thought all planes take off with full tanks and had fuel to get there. Instead it crashed into the Indian sea, killing 125 of 175 on board.

So, it's all PC running amok. Blacks (unless members of the Nation of Islam), Asians, whites, and pacific Islanders are all safe to fly with. They don't bring down planes. Only Middle Easterners who are males of age 18-40 are always the ones that bring down the planes. If we just profiled we wouldn't need any of this crap. I know, it's "discriminatory". Well, sorry to those Muslim that are peaceful, but until those radical elements of your brethren stop their evil jihadi attacks, as long as you look like them, you should be the one screens. Discriminatory, you bet yea. But I wouldn't want to ride a horse with a vile of nitro either. Those of us that mean no harm should be left the heck alone. Instead, we get this lunacy.

So when leftist morons say a child could be used in an attack, a child, even one raised by the evils of radial Islam, isn't going on a plane with a bomb without giving himself away. Let me check, number of times a terrorists used a child to detonate a bomb on a plane? Checking. . . . . ZERO! How many terrorist used old people on wheel chairs . . . ZERO! How many times they used a bladder cancer survivor. . . ZERO. You see, the TSA, under this racist administration, think whitie, blacks, Hispanics (even the illegal ones), Asians, Christians, Jews, Atheists, etc are equally likely to be a terrorist in the sky as a Radical Muslim. The facts don't bare this out, but when does the government let the facts get in the way of their policies to intrude themselves into our lives?

What's worse, the protocols are useless. Just ask El Al, the Jewish state official airline. They haven't had a Islamic attack on one of their planes in 35 years. You know how they do it? They profile, something the dimwits and Dhimmids here refuse to use or believe in. They interview those that give body languages and behaviors that are suspicious. The others they leave alone in peace. However, since we're allying ourselves with the enemies of Israel, we will not dare impinge on the sensitives of their enemies. Just US citizens. Let's note that one of the excuses to prevent an attack like the underwear bomber, better known as Fruit of Kaboom. Even with these new protocols in place, he would still had gotten on board. You see, the new measure can't detect the explosives used, no matter how much you touch the junk. In England, there's intelligence that Muslim doctors are placing the explosive in their women's boobs. Though the exploding boob on Austin Powers was a joke? It's not now and there's no way to detect the explosive, add a syringe for say Insulin and BOOB BOOM! When you get down to it, the only really reason the government is doing this is to devolve our freedoms and entrenched more and more into our lives. An "Opt Out" day isn't going to do anything. If anything, it will just enbolded this socialistic government even more. If we really want to defeat the evils of tyranny, both Obama's goons as well as the terrorists, then give them no targets. Just stop flying all together or opt for the expensive private flight. Then and only then will the power of tyranny be curtailed.

Seems that Kobe Bryant is getting a lot of heat, and I don't mean the kind LeBron and company, about the cameo he did in the commercial for the immensely popular "Call to Duty: Special Ops." Man, I know the leftist hate guns and all, unless used by Muslims or Socialists, but this is just plain stupid.

First of all, why Kobe? Tyra Banks, in high heels even, was among the gun toting maniacs by these gun hating fools. There was some bad comedian whose name I don't know firing a bazooka. The point of the commercial is with the popularity of the game, you never know who you'll be fighting with, or even against, online. Somehow to make that now gun violence is going to increase because Kobe was in the commercial is just plain nonsense.

I'm not a fan of M rated games. I don't own any and haven't in 15 years (the last one was Duke Nukem, but the birth of my daughter had me change my priorities). I find most of them to be disgusting and morally reprehensible, but there a few that placate to the warrior instinct, especially in males. Games like Grand Theft Auto or Hitman. If it was up to me they would be banned because they teach and encourage you to murder innocent bystanders or targets, or even authority. Such cruel and evil objectives have no value and not really free speech, but the Supreme Court disagrees with me on that one. Call to Duty is about good guys and bad guys having it out. I think the core of this "conserversey" is the leftist hatred of guns and frankly of our military. They think all nations are equal. . . equally evil but we have too much firepower and strength. This game is where Americans are fighting against communist imperialism and this is really why the gun haters are criticizing this game are having their panties in a bunch about. They sure don't have issues about killing cops or prostitutes, or even playing the taliban against our soldiers but killing communist soldiers, that's evil in their minds.

Seems those that don't want to blame gun violence on weakness of character, lack of morals, or just plain the darkness that resides in some men's heart that choose to act upon their impulses rather than controlling them, but it's just easier to blame a machine or even a video game that emulate heroism even at the cost of the true horror of war. As for Kobe, I hope he takes it with a grain of salt. Ask them if we were being invaded or our innocent civilians are being massacred by Islamic terrorists what would they rather the people use to defend themselves: The ACLU, foul language, or shoot them before they shoot you?

I've done many postings about the education system and its corruption that has basically sucked the life blood out of the system. There are many leeches that eat the blood from the system, the biggest tick of them all is the teacher's union. What I placed 2nd is apathy from the student and parents. Gangs are the biggest infestation of this apathy and the biggest members are of the Latino community since they have the greater numbers than the African Americans the two largest minority groups that do so pathetically awful in educating themselves. It's these gangs that the 3rd world keep throwing at us.

So imagine my lack of surprise and complete disappointment when the California Supreme Court, who keep to the same insane and suicidal mentality the other two branches have, deemed that illegal aliens are entitled to go to our university at the instate tuition. It comes as no surprise, but this is going to be the catalyst that's going to put the university system to 3rd world status now. It isn't like they don't have enough challanges as it is.

Before the invasion by illegal nationals that began in 1965, the same year welfare was passed and don't find it coincidental, California's education system, both K-12 and the CSU/UC system, weren't just one of the best in country, but the world as well. Now, the K-12 is a hopeless dysfunctional mess and the CSU/UC isn't faring all that well. Now we're going to allow illegal aliens with their 3rd world mentality, and don't tell me they're more American than I am or how we're a nation of immigrants when those immigrants of the past were legal and these anti-American foreign nationals waving their homeland flags (so why aren't they there protesting the wonders of their home country?) are going to flood our CSU/UC system.

Let's keep in mind our state is completely broke. It's going to be the first one to declare bankruptcy. We're already 8 billion in the hole and that's just a couple of months of a 3 month late budget and we're going to have to modify that already, and looking to be over 22 billion for the next fiscal year. Now we're going to add illegals to our secondary education system. With this "right" to attend as a citizen when they're foreign invaders, they're going to be qualified for financial aid which is hard enough for legal citizens to get but add affirmative action rules (they can't use race for admission, but you know they still do) they're going to be on the top of the totem pole for the state monies as well. Either we're going to deny more of our legal citizens and naturalized citizens admissions and aid, or the state is going to go deeper in the hole.

Not to mention what's this going to do to the political landscape of our university system. It's already anti-American, radical leftist as it is. Now we're going to throw the mentality of the illegal aliens? Our schools can't afford the students they have already. There are no more freshman status anymore, they stopped taking 1st, and thus, 2nd years students 3 years ago. Most, if not all, are transfer students. Classes have been cut 15% and many can't get their courses to graduate in time. Average time now in California is over 6 years to get a 4 year degree.

The court has used the legality that the tuition prices are based on a person's residency. Since the illegals are residing in California, they're entitled to resident costs. That reasoning is seriously flawed. If an out of stater comes to California to learn, by this reasoning, they're a residence by their 6th month. So they should only be paying out of state tuition, which in California is the most expensive in the country, for only their first semester, but that's not how it works. The residency is based on where their residence of orgin. Unless they full out move, get a house, California driver's license, basically having evidence that they're going to live here the rest of their life, then and only then does the residency status change and it's not easy to prove unless you live here all your life. Illegals residence of orgin is their home country, so by this reasoning, they got it wrong. They've made a special status for illegals because they can use the state they've invaded as their residence while the legal citizen can't. That's a double standard.

What's worse here is that this 3rd world mentality. This different strokes for different folks is what causes legal chaos in the underdeveloped world. Heck, it's why they're underdeveloped. If one was to ask me what's the most import clause in the Constitution, it would be the rule of law. Without the rule of law, all the other laws are meaningless as they can be changed at any time on any whim and that's what our courts with liberal activist judges have been doing for the last 30 years and this ruling a blatant violation of that clause. Illegals aren't following the rule of law. The fact they're illegal is proof of that. Why should a person that doesn't follow the law be allowed to benefit from it. This is the total antithesis of the rule of law. What next? Jihadi's right to take chemistry classes on our dime? Given that the rules don't apply to all makes anything possible and that is the worse travesty about this ruling.

The airlines better start taking a stand against the TSA or else they're going to go out of business. Why? Who in their right mind would want to go through what the TSA is doing to just to fly? I knew things were bad in the aviation industry, but this is complete insanity. The only sane statement I've heard in the whole carnival episode is that Muslims will NOT be getting a religious exemption. On that I can be thankful.

Other than those that must travel internationally, nobody is going to tolerate this invasion of their personal space just because the DHS say it's the only way to fly safe. As the illegals would say, TORO COCA! That means BULL SH*T in English. Israel doesn't subject their citizens to this craziness and they have active terrorists trying. They haven't had a terrorist bring down a plane since 1975. So what are they doing that we're not? One simple thing that no leftist will dare to suggest: profiling.

Israel, unlike the US, know who their enemy is and define them. They don't waste time accosting Irish nuns for they know they're not the terrorists. They're not going to grope the crouch of 3 year old girls because they're not the ones who put explosive in their undies. MYTH #1: Slavery have made us too incompetent to form families. Using slavery for anything is just absurd. The institution of slavery, thankfully, ended in 1865. That's 135 years ago for those that have a public education. How after 135 years you still haven't learned to maintain a family is either just defiance of natural instincts, or just plain laziness. It's been over a Century since slavery ended. Nobody was bonded by their institutions, and thus nobody is a victim of slavery any more. Those that are being "slaves" do so by their own choice. Show me where people are property of others without free will and then I'll buy your nonsense.

MYTH #2: White bigotry makes it impossible for economic support of a family. Oh, how the flames of hate and racism encumbers progress. Behind women, blacks have had all the economic advantages. They don't even need to be competent to get a job or even keep it. They get all the advantages in college placements and social promotions within the education sector as well as the employment sector. For 45 years they had this advantage, yet the norm of them don't even take advantage of it, much less can excuse racism as the reason behind their economic digression

FACT #1: Black racism has done more damage than slavery ever did. The Race baiters are the true slave master of the day. Without the fire of hate and prejudice against White America, they would become completely powerless and broke. Can anyone name a handful of media display where families aren't mocked, disdained or viewed as unnatural? Are we all like 2 1/2 men where the only man functional is gay?

The fact is despite all the government mandated advantages, the African American sect is getting worse and by their own hands and attitude. The rest of the country is following as now White America is where Black America was 45 years ago. Any one remember the story of the 5 teenagers that were required to remove their T-Shirts on the 5th of May because it was the "Mexico's" day and were being offensive and threatening public safety as it was being seen as being "disrespectful" to the illegal Mexicans. What gall. Seems the Illegals got the message because a new ban in that very same school district has been placed on a 13 year old boy. Seems this boy like to ride to school on his bike but "public safety" is being threaten as some "students" were complaining. What was it this boy was doing on his bike to be so provocative? He had attached an American flag on his seat. Seems the illegal Mexicans were feeling threatened by the flag of bigotry on his bike and has requested that he had it removed. The school board, to no surprise since they cowered to them before, agreed. What is going on in California when a 13 year old is giving a nasty lessons in civics and patriotism by being forced to refraining showing his patriotism by displaying the flag of his country because of the bigotry by illegal invaders. No word yet if he's barred from displaying a Mexican flag.

Seems the Goveniator wants to put an end to gang violence. So, this man that claims to be a conservative Republican in hostile terrority in Hollywood, what does he do? The same old liberal cliche, he offers money for guns. There's so many levels of stupid, I don't know where to begin.

First of all, this has been done before and with no success. The reason is primary the same. Gangs don't obey the law and they're sure not going to give up their guns. The state is offering $10 for a gun that doesn't work. First of all, if they're not working, why does the state care? They're not contributors to the gun violence. They're offering up to $150 for assault weapons. Since assault weapons are illegal in the state of California, why would anyone bring one for a gift card if by the very possession of the said weapon can land you 5 to 10 years in the state prison system? Does anyone see the logic, or the lack thereof? Assault weapons are the prime rib of the gang world, so I don't see them giving them up for gift cards. The only people that would be interested in this are those wanting to rid themselves of outdated fire arms or those that are in such poor condition, that they're useless. Regardless, as far as the so called intent, it's worthless as only law abiding citizen will be turn them in.

The state is dire straits as it is. We're already spending $40 million a day just on those that can't find work here in the state. We're already $20 billion in the hole, which is a rounding error to Obama, but in this state, it's a sufficient amount of money. Now we're coughing up money to allegedly spend to rid gangs of their weapons? Hey, why not pay them not to commit crimes while we're at it. We're overspending on everything else.

What's worse, these guns will all be destroyed. This really make me question the motive of the state. It's no mystery that mainly law abiding citizens will the ones participating, that means fewer firearms for the law abiding citizens while the criminal and government gain more power over us. Crime is out of control, with the citizenry being more disarmed isn't going to make things any better. In fact, it's going to just make things worse and isn't that what this program is suppose to prevent?

Shocker is that all seven lemons, the worse vehicles produced and on the roads, all came from GM and Crystler. One is run by the federal government, the other a European country that I don't remember. Is is no surprise when a socialist government with unions infested with members that are lazy, unmotivated and aren't required to produce much less construct a high quality product, top the list of the worse made vehicles? One got a 17 out of 100 (70 is considered the least amount for good). First of all, I like to say that I'm overjoyed that I was wrong. Wrong that the American voters will disappoint me and let the Marxist go unpunished for their crimes against America with the likes of trillion dollar stimulus spending that seemed to only stimulate Bill Clinton who's always stimulated when a pretty intern is nearby and the likes of Obamacare. American voters by the droves voted out and let the dictators know we won't go silently during the night. However, one group didn't disappoint and pretty much did what I expected of them by being stupid: Californians.

First of all, it looks like all our major seats will be held by the Demoncrats. Jerry Brown! AGAIN! They man was a miserable failure the first two terms he served here. I remember what it was like 20 years ago when he left. Given how things are now, it's like he's never left. Unemployment was 13%, deficit spending that today we haven't recover, our infected borders being overruned by the virus of anti-American invaders, and the one of the most hostile environments in the world. The only thing missing is a complete moron and lunatic Supreme Court Justice like Rose Bird, but give that time. Seems Californians have forgotten the long gas line, high interest rates, and migration from this state. Now with the illegal alien problem worse than ever, 13% unemployment rate, and extremely high hostility to business interest that the state haven't been able to attract one business from another, it truly seems like Brown never left and we just elected him to complete what he started 20 years ago.

How bad the invasion from the south is going to be. Brown won mainly because of the votes from LA by a million and everyone here knows that the illegals vote here. However, with Brown 70 years old, senile, crazy, and likely not to survive his term would mean we get Gavin Nussum as governor. As an illegal alien you have to be giddy because this was the mastermind of the sanctuary city policies. Oh yea, he condemned it late in his career in San Fran, but only when it was expedient for him in his desire for higher office. Don't get him wrong, he's all for the parasites and the illegal alien. With these two at the top position, we're going to be crushed by the interest in the Latino nationals.

Many of the ballot intitatives don't make sense for what they voted for the higher office. First of all, Californians voted for moonbeam but against pot. I mean if you're going vote as if you're stoned and stupid, why not make it legal? Never said Californians make sense or rational. They voted to end the 2/3rd's super majority to 50% plus one. With the legislature being 65% democrat, that means more tax and spend budgets (don't think they're not find a loop hole or an end around the voter approval requirement) so the financial health the state is dead and we're already 20 billion in the hole as it is. We voted to finally take redistricting from the politicians, but is it too little too late? The one that befuddles me is that we voted to suspend taxing business for green policies til the unemployment is 5.5% or lower. OK, California got a few things right, but since they got 50% plus one, wrong, California still got it wrong. With California, despite all the hoopla that the races are going to be close believe me they're not, going to officially going to the far left with the concept that the best way to job creation is to make it too difficult to run one while taxing the stuffing out the Thanksgiving turkey of those that run businesses or still have a job. With the elections now just two days away, there's a common theme I see from leftist voters that should put the fear of evil and tyranny in all of us. Those the statements vary a bit, the theme is the same. One comment sums it up: The tea party hate the government unlike those that embrace law and order. Oh how that statement should scare us.

There's a speech by a famous politician that went as follows: "We have people starving in the street, our currency isn't worth the paper its printed on, communists are knocking on our front door and lawlessness is every where. What we need in our country is law and order. Yes, without out law and order, our country can't survive". Does anyone know who made that speech in 1931? By the year I take it you can make a pretty good guess and you would be right. It was Adolf Hitler. He used the law and order, as well as hope and change as the Weinhiemer Republic was collapsing. Seems those on the left are claiming Obama is bringing law and order to our Republic as well as the hope and change that is needed from the oppression that Bush instilled during his 8 years, so they say. Those are bad enough, but this statement: "Tea Party hates government". They make it out those in the Tea Party are a bunch of anarchists, just as Hitler was stating about the communist from the East and the democratic societies from the West.

First of all, where is it written anywhere, that a person MUST love the government, or ever like it, or to make it simpler, even entrust the government? This is why the Constitution was written. People shouldn't trust their government. Power corrupts and the goal was to LIMIT government power. The goal was to divide the power among the populace with the theory that the people will keep the politicians as well as any government over reach, in check. This defies that people should place trust in their government, but it's wisdom was in the distrust of power to government. That statement that those that distrust government are loony defies the fundamental foundation of the power of the constitution. That the government have no power that isn't given from the consent of the governed. Anyone that state we should always trust or have love for the government disdain this principal.

This can lead to another abuse of power. Too often messiahs have risen with the promise to the citizens a trip to the promise land. History is filled with them. When one has a love and complete trust of their government, they are endangered of becoming a useful idiot or a willing slave to a tyrant. Remember, power corrupts. This is what bothered conservatives during the campaign about Obama and his supporters. They were more mesmerized by his orator skills than what the man stood for or critically analyzing what his beliefs and policies can lead us. Now we're learning the hard way. Though 67% have smelled the caffeine, there are still 33% that just refuse to look at facts and continue to love their government even when they're not looking out for your best interest. Should this grow to 50% plus one, we're in trouble.

Tea Party members don't hate government, they oppose an overreaching and bloated government, especially in regards to over empowerment upon their citizens rights to choose for themselves. They believe that government should be limited to a limited few obligations, mainly protecting life and property. What the government has become now is a nanny state with the President being the top nanny. We have a government that doesn't believe in the liberties of the individual, that people are too untrustworthy and stupid and need a centralized federalist government to maintain law and order. What we're getting is completely the opposite. This is what Obama care is about, this is what the issue over his Czars are about, Cap and Trade, Global Warming, heck even the Blank Panther Case is about.

Jefferson stated that natural law can't be defied. Any attempt at destruction of natural law will only lead to either anarchy or complete tyranny. What are these natural laws? There are only two. Bill Wittle at PJTV summed it up best: "Do what you promise to do" and "The limitation of your liberties unlimited with the restriction that is must not impune another person's liberties or his property". Basically, this is what the tea party wants to bring back into government, enforce contracts and protect life and property. The bail outs defied the first one, do what you promise to do. GM didn't do what they promised, and then the government gave them a get out of jail free card. Now if you're a creditor of GM or even Crystler, are you going trust the company to full fill their contract if the government can come in and say no they don't? Same with the banks and financial institution. Why do you think the money supply is so tight right now. Nobody trust industry to full fill their obligation fearing the government will negate the contract. Small business have the largest cash reserves in US history right now, but are too afraid to invest because they have no clue what's going to happen nor what laws and contracts are actually going to be enforced. This is why most 3rd world countries economies are so crappy. With government corruption so bad, what can business and banks trustwith their money, not to mention the waste that must be overcomed.

Being free as long as you don't impune another liberties and property. Government is suppose to protect life and property, but look at what's happened in just under the last two years with Obama. Terrorists are going crazy trying to commit terrorist acts and our government is not only failing to protect us, or even to attempt to protect us, but doing everything they can to make easier for them to murder us. So far the perfect system has been working only because of terrorist's incompetence. Our right to vote is being impune as they protect the illegal alien invasion as well as Black Panthers right to intimidate white voters. They're under minding our national defense and TSA intrude on our property and person with their invasive machine while placating the demands of those that want to take our lives and properties away with the Islamic threat by having them exempted from such procedures. Our property, such as wages and earnings, are being impune to pay for social programs, illegal aliens, felons, and the unproductive. Yes, there are going to be some impunity as government need taxes and revenue to provide the protection of our life and property, however, these social programs do neither. They punish the productive, take their property, and now with Obama care perhaps our lives, to give it to those that don't earn nor deserve it. No wonder so many in the younger generation don't want to work and feel entitle to a living by the state.

We should fear an over reaching and unchecked powers within a government. The abuse and oppression threatened is documented though out history. However, when people feel that we should love the government and trust it implicitly, that's a far worse threat of them all. Plato said, "A life unchecked, is not worth living." Jefferson said, basically, "A government unchecked is not worth supporting." Right now a third of our populace now believe otherwise. I fear what will happen when it comes over 50% and that is the scariest thought of them all.

The country can have real hope and change on November 2nd, unlike California.

Judging by the latest polls and protests and outspokenness by the populace, the dems are running scared and with good reason. Obama has poisoned the well so badly that only those with death wishes or down and out parasites are going to vote for the party of "change". However, in California, things are far far more darker. Jerry Brown, perhaps one of our worse governors in history behind his protege Gray Davis who was the 2nd Governor in the history of the country to be recalled and less then two years at that, is going to be elected to a 3rd term (he served two terms in the 70's and I rather not remember that decade), Boxer is going to get her 3rd term, Gavin Nussome, the illegal's best friend in San Fransisco, is going to be lieutenant Governor, and for the most part the same leftist clowns are all going to get elected. Who knows how our propositions will go. The only one I'm interested in is Prop. 20 that allow citizens, not politicians to draw district lines which has been tried 6 times before and failed. However, it's clear about one thing, California is going to become more red even though the rest of the country isn't.

When Obama is considered a positive influence and we go more and more to the left, it's a bit hard not to become even more jaded. Just look at what's being mocked and disdained. Running a business, believing in doing the same thing over again with different results as being insane, ostracising illegals and support of the rule of law. Brown is being seen as a savior because he has no plan as what California needs. Tax breaks and easing the ability to run a business is considered insane while having 1100 lawyers ready to sue to ensure green polices is. Catering to illegals and eliminating law abating citizen so the illegals can get into our schools with tuition paid by the state. Jacking taxes in a state with the highest in the country even higher so parasite and non-citizens can prosper is what this state needs. Pardon me while I make my plans to bail out.

California is going to be the first state to collapse economically and declare bankruptcy with this clown taking office and I fear what our unemployment is going to be. Now that we're going to become Mexifornia, officially, the other states can see what their fate will be if the dems keep power or ever get it back should the dems lose their majority. However, living the first state to lose it's freedom and being the first to convert to foreign national socialism, it's a bit difficult to avoid jadedness and cynicism.

I've often written about the feminist and how destructive and evil their mindset have been. Based on lies, hatred and downright narcissism they have laid a path that has been so destructive to human relationships and societies that implement them. The story that's coming from Taiwan has to take the cake. If you think gay marriage is oxymoronic well this one isn't just oxymoronic, it's downright silly, if not stupid, and demonstrates what western feminism is bringing to the world.

I had to take a double take on this story because it seemed to absurd to be true, but alas, it's on record for all to see. There's a male hating feminist out there deciding to concede to societies' pressure to get married, so she is. . . to herself. Has the dress, catering, guests, and chapel ready for her self grandizing ceremony. Her excuse is basically the same, men are too stupid, evil, selfish, demanding, blah blah blah and she wants to demonstrate to women around the world that they need to love themselves over others, especially men. Wow, what a surprise.

Taiwan, as well as other Asian industrializing countries, are seeing a huge dropped in marriage and child bearing. Japan, Korea, and Taiwan are seeing huge drops, even worse than the US, and we can think western feminism and I'll make a bold prediction right here: India will be next. As more and more of the hatred of family and narcissism over love of family mentality of feminism spreads like a cancer in these industrialized countries that follow the old American model, these countries are becoming more and more Americanized, which means taking on the attitude that marriage is oppressive and the best value for women is career over family. This is way you hear perverse stories like Japanese men more into sex dolls and virtual girlfriends. They're sick and tired of the attitude of their women. It's why their birthrates are dying.

Just read the comments that the women that support her self nuptials. Oh sure there are the share of jokes like did she get a pre-nup and who do the police arrest if she gets in a physical altercation with herself, but most of it is the male hating brile. They even argue that it's good for society for these "modern" women who get educated and go into the work force over supporting a family traditionally. Really? They why are these societies desperate to get these women to have families. What, are they oppressive? Why are their birth rates going down? Why is unemployment going up, especially for men? The biggest issue that's starting to plague these nations, the financial strain on their version of Social Security. Right now, like America, they have 3 workers for every senior citizen. In 20 years it's going to 1.5. Taiwan isn't as bad, it's 7 to 1, but in 20 years it's going to be 3 to 1. I'll let you do the math to see Taiwan is just 20 years behind. There isn't going to be enough workers to support the seniors. Perhaps they'll follow our example and pass Obamacare and they can have their death panels as well. Perhaps they should be aware that the generation that's going to suffer for this matrimonial discrimination is going to be theirs since it will be their generation that's going to lose the benefits their parents enjoy today.

What makes this particularly silly is that marriage is an institution that was designed mainly to encourage and nurture procreation. This is why women, unless it's lesbians, hate marriage. They view childbearing as the pathway to oppression and poverty. The fewer that marry and have children, the fewer that will live in liberty and prosperity. My wife worries that in her old age nobody will care for her since she never had any children. Perhaps these marriage hating hags should ask the same question, because right now they expect the state to do so and like France, who are having riots over it, and Greece, they just plain can't do it. The money isn't there. It also goes against nature since women where designed to have children. Oh, not every woman is suited to be a mother, just look at the hags that run the NOW. However, they policy that the norm of women aren't suited is just plain wrong and society is going to pay the price.

How? A nation or culture dies if the procreation rate isn't at least 2.21. In liberalized nations, US 2.21 but only because of illegal immigration, average of Europe, 1.6, Japan, 1.8, Korea, 1.9, Taiwan, 1.7, Canada, 2.0, get the picture. These societies are going to die. The only industrialize country that isn't effected China. Dispite a one child policy, many in the rural areas aren't well policed, there's too much ground to cover, and they are having children like it's becoming illegal. Oh wait, it is, but they are anyways. China is the only industrialized nation that doesn't have western modes or influence in their culture. The one child policy was created as their population has become too massive to control at 1.6 billion. Not because their women have become "empowered". Now that India is taking the American model to industrializing their society as well taking in the western culture of empowering women, it won't be long before they stop having babies as well. Not only do they have a large massive population, but have a great deal of poverty themselves and I'm sure they'll blame marriage and child rearing for that too, not the main reason poverty exists today. No, it's not "overpopulation". Japan, Korea, and Taiwan have dense populations, but they're not suffering from poverty. It's cultural and government corruption. All the poverty in the world are from countries are massively corrupt or have cultures, like ours, that encourage parents not to care for their children and blame them their for their plights.

So with women now demanding the right to be married to themselves (does that mean she has to go f*ck herself when she's done?) just demonstrates the agenda of the modern feminist to destroy everything that is feminine. They're enemies of families, of their societies, and nature. Every society that are implementing their cultural biases and mores are in decline. With this silliness and insanity now being brought out and encouraged, what's next? Marriage to goats, virtual people, sex dolls, robots, mother earth? I mean where does this end? Since marriage has been perverted and skewed from it's original and intended meaning, what's no longer tabooed? How far down does a society have to go before we say enough is enough on this nonsense. Given how supportive the populace has been so far, it doesn't look like any time soon.

You want a look at the future of elections in the country, come take a look at what's going on in California. I know politics can get messy, ugly, and downright nasty at times, but what I'm seeing this year has put it all to level that just defies belief. It's like now that the leftist socialists have been exposed and they're drunk with the powers to be, it's a no holds barrage now. I've never seen such ugly campaigns as I've seen now, and what's worse, they're all accurate leaving Californians left to basically vote between two candidates at various positions: Satan or Lucifer.

Take the governor's race. Whitmen vs. Brown. Ugh, talk about ugly. They've stop slinging mud months ago, now they're slinging rocks. Basically both sides are attacking the credibility and character of each other. Neither looks good. Brown, if anyone born before the 1980's know, is a failed tax and spend gutless liberal. He founded the gay rights movement that we suffer from today as with the exception of marriage (gay marriage is an oxymoron since gay people can't procreate naturally) and working within a religious business (why would they want to work there in the first place?), they're not discriminated against. Brown called Prop. 13 a fraud and waste because it limited the ability of government to raise property taxes. Californians do have some of the lowest rates, thank God, but because of the excessive high costs of real estate, pretty much pay the same monetarily. If Prop. 13 wasn't law, they would be so massive with our government here, nobody would be able to keep their homes as the taxes would be 2 to 3 times higher than the payment for the house. Brown is weak on crime, oppose the death penalty so much so that he appointed such leftist and radical judges, anyone remember Rose Bird for if you do you know how radical she was and how bad Brown can be. Brown after all signed an INMATE bill of rights. Seems Brown cares more about criminals than law abating citizens. Brown even supports affirmative action and wants to include illegal aliens to affirmative action rights including instate tuition.

Meg Whitman, other than she ran a business, Ebay, she's no different than Brown. A liar and a crook. She's a typical elitist that took over 100 million in salary at Ebay while laying off hundreds. She's in support of illegal alien rights as she stated in Spanish. She says she'll run the government like a business, but who's she going to lay off to get her millions? The taxpayers? I'll avoid the nanny gate. Her character doesn't instill a great deal of confidence and she's making the same promises that Arnold made without seeing the reality of our corrupt legislature.

As bad as this one is, the senate race is even uglier. Not only the two women running are as ugly as can be, but when you get down to it, you can flip a coin and let the coin vote because they're both the same candidate. They're both running on the platform that the other is exporting jobs to China and both are right. Boxer with the federal regulations and policies that encourage those to ship the jobs overseas and then her husband profits with his import/export business. Fianoa who shipped jobs oversea to save money and buy lavish goodies for herself and the board with 5 jets. Yea, I'm going to trust her on fiscal responsibility? I'm going to trust her on preserving jobs here in California or even in the states? I rather write in Donald Duck.

We got a real winner for the 3rd district between Berra and Lungren. Lungren has been in politics for nearly 30 years. Another lifetime politician. Berra is a radical, La Raza supported, Poloski selected candidate. Need I say more?

Lt. Govenor, who are elected separately, we got a guy I've never heard of vs. Gavin Newsome. Here, at least there's a choice because we don't have a career politician running against Gavin Newsome who's making the false claim that he oppose San Francisco's Sanctuary policies. Yea, after the highly profiled murder a father and 2 of his sons by an illegal alien gang banger. Newsome instill those policies, put in supervisor that supported the policies and only after gaining ambition for higher office, did he oppose. Add that if you're the manager of his campaign, you better make sure you have your wife under lock and key. He slept with the last one.

Thus are my choices this election. Given how bad and ugly the choices are, I think I'll vote and go to hell for some R&R.

Here in Sacramento, an all too familiar story is out. A mother decided to stab, murder, and then set fire to her 3 year-old twin daughters. She's been arrested and charged with several counts, one of which is 2 counts of murder. What's a shocker to me isn't the crime, but that she's been charged with murder. Far too often, the woman isn't charged at all. However the statistic that should be raising eyebrows isn't even mentioned: the high rate of mothers murdering her children.

Only on Good Morning America had the gall, surprising, to mention a disturbing trend in this country. If I was to ask which family member would be the most likely to murder a child most people would be wrong and badly. As stated on the show, 85% of children who are murdered by a family member, are murdered by their mothers. Think about that, that's nearly 7 out of 8 times. Fathers are the culprit only 7%, which means mother is 12 more likely to do the murdering and nearly 6 times more than all other relatives COMBINED! It was only mentioned because that evil b*tch Bates is having a hearing to seek her release after 8 years in a mental institution for planning, hunting down and drowning her five children, the youngest only months old and the oldest, 7, fought to the bitter end as he was the only that knew what his fate was going to be (four dead siblings in the tub was a rather obvious clue). If you think this woman got away with premeditated murder, you would be right. It's how often they get away with it.

If I was to ask you what percentage of woman that commit these murder see jail time, what would you think? Quite a bit, murder is murder after all. Not when you're a woman. First, half aren't even prosecuted. Anyone remember Sandra Smith? She was the one that, because she was having an affair and want to abandoned her family for him, drowned them as he wasn't interested in having her as long as she had children. Though she got convicted, and only after she managed to enrage the black community claiming she was car jacked by a black man which I'll add they make too easy to frame for such a fabrication but that's another blog entry, she was convicted for murder and sentence to life. She was spared the death penalty because she confessed. Would John Smith, the father, had been shown such mercy had HE actually committed the crime? Well, take a look at the following statistic and you tell me. Women who are prosecuted and convicted for such murders are hospitalized 86% of the time, imprisoned 14%. Men on the other hand if you say the statics are turned around you would be wrong. They are hospitalized only 12% while 88% see prison. Yates may get out after 8 years, just a year older than her oldest victim and had they been alive today, still would be minors. Yet their lives don't even generate an iota of sympathy, not like their mother receives.

With women being excused from their behaviors because of things like poverty, bi-polar disorder, PMS, and as in Yates defense, PPD, it's a wonder women are held responsible for anything. Oh wait, they aren't. As with Yates, she gets a lot of sympathy because she's viewed as being ill. This is why go to prison 1/8th as much as men for the same crimes. With our male hating as well as child hating society, why do women have so little compassion or feelings for the children in these hideous cases, it's no clue as to why there are no real consequences for such abuses. It's always the societies, the children, the men, the order of the stars fault. The only real reason Sandra Smith saw time wasn't because she was viewed as ill. It was because she did it for a man. Had she made up some illness and not try to trampled on a scared minority, she too would had gotten away with it. Just how much longer are we going to accept this? Give how far below the radar such crimes are, I don't expect any changes within my lifetime.

It's coming out that the NAACP is condeming the Tea Parties for racism. Considering that 91 % of blacks will vote for any black candidate simply because they're black (just look at Allen Greene in South Carolina if you need more evidence), support a racist party because it's the "black" thing to do, make accusation that they're being oppressed for "acting too black", and considering they support a united NEGRO college fund, but any school or scholarship that only support white as being racist, community organizer that threaten banks and business if they don't hire "enough" people not based on ability, talent or merit but only by the color of their skin, ACRON need I say more there, and they should learn that people that live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones. Seems that the tea parties, a "party" that have all people from all walks of life, not just whites, must be getting under the skin to the hyperbole of the race baiters that not only can't the baiter defend their bigotry, but they used the tired and now cliched "racist" card that the word is truly having no meaning. This not only deludes their credibility, but also those that do suffer from real racism. Time for this outdated and outmoded "civil rights" organization to realize they have become the bigots that they were formed to oppose and realize they're of no use nor value anymore. I caught an article in the Sacramento Bee, the only rag of a newspaper that exist in this city. I don't normally look at it as I put it under a birdcage once, the bird broke out of the cage and pooped on me. However, I digress. I noticed an article that Obama has a plan to push, more like shove down our throats, his agenda should the Republicans take control of the congress after next month's election: executive orders.

The gist of the theme is to advance the change that he's promised, that he will just bypass the congress and follow through with executive orders. Anyone that understand our constitutional republic will realize what this mean? It will be war on our republic. Not only will this be a means to by pass the checks and balances in our Constitution, but given his affection to Czars, who knows what those executive orders will entailed. The biggest one that I fear will be the funding of his civilian national force to enforce security of our country that only answers to him. Given the abuse of power this man has demonstrated thus far, this is quite a scary thing. Not to mention, if he just want any law he likes, like no civil rights for white voters, citizenship for illegals, or forget taxing the wealthy, just nationalized all their possessions. This threat should be met as for what it is: a declaration of war against America and her people.

Right now, the biggest shock being a Californian isn't that we've finally passed a budget 95 days late. Heck, that's par for the course, though 95 days a bit on the 2nd standard deviation. It's the dirty and evil tactic by Jerry Brown and his media whores. If anyone hasn't been tuning in, I can't say I blame you how nasty and dirty politics get here, there's a brouhaha over candidate Meg Whitmen having employed an illegal alien as a house keeper for 9 years. When you look at the big picture here, the irony of this is inescapable.

Unless you've been living in a cave, you know that California has a massive invasion of illegal aliens. Only Arizona has a larger problem by density of population. Since illegal aliens, unofficially, get to vote, our politicians tend to pander to their interests. One of which is that many want to give in state tuition to them, even though most natives can't get in now much less afford it, but I digress. One of the political footballs that are played with here is worker rights for the illegals. Democrats fight so hard for "rights" of the illegal, free health care, free education, free from deportation and prosecution, but most importantly, their right to work. They're fighting here to force those that employ them to pay them minimum wage. Since by law they're not allowed to work, sort of make no sense. Was this what the Confederacy meant by state rights?

So since the Democrats are big on illegals being able to work here while the unemployment rate for Americans continue to go up, it's the height of hypocrisy to demean as well as libel and slander a person just for SUSPICION of employing an illegal alien. I guess when it's the democrat doing the criminal activity, it's human compassion. When it's their opponent, it's exploitation.

My lord! if anyone had any sensitivity, this should backfire in Brown's team face. It's seem typical of the democrats to exploit minorities for their own political gain. What's worse, the Hispanics and illegals actually think this party is fighting for them, when they're being used. This woman, if her claims of abuse are true, which I doubt because she rambles a bit of nonsense like puppets are people too, but that's just my opinion, this epitomizes not just the Democrat vs. Republican issue, but of human rights. Exploitation, either for votes or slave labor, is just plain wrong. This is why this whole issue really ticks me off and why the Tea Parties want our immigration laws enforced. To avoid this abuse of these people. Giving them a lawyer that exposes them to deportation for a politicians ambitions or their own gains should be seen for what they are: self serving bigots.

I saw the new rules David Stern is having about disgruntling with the Referees, and this man is going to put the final nail in the coffin of the NBA unless he's removed. It's well known the that the NBA referees are the worse the most pampered, not to mention corrupt, officials in all the sports (except possibly soccer, but I'm referring to real sports here in the states) and now with the ridiculous powers the referees have now, they're now going to be allowed to be so thin skinned that they're going to be transparent. The following describe the new rule:

At the referees' annual meeting in Jersey City, N.J., on Thursday, the league announced the guidelines for technical fouls will expand to include "overt" player reactions to referee calls.
Referees have been instructed to call a technical for:
• Players making aggressive gestures, such as air punches, anywhere on the court.
• Demonstrative disagreement, such as when a player incredulously raises his hands, or smacks his own arm to demonstrate how he was fouled.
• Running directly at an official to complain about a call.
• Excessive inquiries about a call, even in a civilized tone.
In addition, referees have been instructed to consider calling technicals on players who use body language to question or demonstrate displeasure, or say things like, "Come on!" They can also consider technicals for players who "take the long path to the official", walking across the court to make their case.

So if someone dares to find a call questionable, you can T them or better, toss them. Given these stupid and downright corrupt rules, if so one so much as look at them wrong they'll be gone. The NBA better triple their team staff from 12 to 36 because if this is the case they're going to have teams in the showers before the game is over. I did Basketball officiating for 3 years and I know it's a tough sports to officiate, it's fast and no time to think if there was an infraction or not, but this kind of overt sensitivity and thin skinnedness is just silly and shows the officials in the NBA, which is considered rather easy, other than the 12 minutes quarters you have to run your butt across, to officiate at the Basketball level, and just try doing a high school girls game with all the swinging elbows and shoving to get an idea, that they can't take as much as they might had missed something then we're going to have a long and boring year. It's time the NBA officials grow the F*** up and take some criticism. After all, they've earned it.

Now corruption has become a virtue and integrity disdainful.
You can be pro-choice as long as that choice is abortion.
We make the responsible member of society responsible for the irresponsible.
In public schools you can't pray but can have a call to prayer.
You can't wear a Christian Cross or a Jewish Star of David, but Muslims can have their Crescents and in some cases a dagger as a "historical" piece. In one school, a girl sued over her nose ring as she practice a "religion" about the virtues of body mutilation.
You can wear shirts with pot plants, FU, any gang banging expression and pants to your knees, but you can't wear an American flag. Especially on foreign holidays.
You can have a United Negro College Fund, or ones that only caters to Latinos or Asians and women, but any for Whites are racist.
Instead of admitting students and hiring those of merits and skill, we admit and hire people based on their race and that's not considered racist or discriminatory.
The Smartest and most brilliant of our people are to be shunned to raise the self esteem of the stupid, lazy, or unmotivated.
The police were allowed to protect us from the criminal, now the criminal are protected against the police.
Christians, Jews, Hindus, Buddish, etc must be open for protest by Muslims at their events, but any other religion that protest Muslims at their events are inciting "civil unrest".

American teens are clueless about the Jihadist tactics.

I rarely watch any media shows because of their seditious, if not downright treasonous, bias, but on occasion when I'm ahead of schedule for getting read for work, I do browse through a few. The one I saw today just sends chills down my spine and lose more hope for the future generations. They were interviewing a dozen teens, some Christian, some Jew, some Muslims, about the GZM. Two statements just makes me realize how much trouble and how lost the current generation is about their enemy and their tactics.

The first statement was about the Muslim talking about how their goal isn't about saving people from going to hell as one of the Christian teen stated, but having people see the love of God. That one just floored me. Since the world "love" doesn't appear in the Koran, what love is he talking about? It's an out and out lie. In Islam, God determines who goes to paradise, and who goes to hell. There is no road that lead to either just Allah's choice. They is why they don't tolerate other religions, especially those that espouses free will for that's blashomy to them. It's really a random choice of God who goes and who doesn't. That's why you don't see much hope and faith, other than Jihad, the only assurance that guarantees your place in paradise, in Islam. This is also why so many of them don't go into science. Since Allah makes the rules and laws of physics, he can change them if we piss him off bad enough so it's a waste of time. Just shows how far apart they are from the age of reason they are.

The other were by the Christian teens showing their out and out ignorance or just plain denial of whom their enemies really are. They claim if the mosque doesn't get built, then the jihadis win and we lose our constitutional principals. The Christian teens didn't noticed that a couple of the Muslim teens smirked when they heard that. Most Americans think that if we abandon our principals and not treat them as absolutes, the Jihadis win. They think that the Jihadis want us to abandoned our constitution. They're completely wrong. The Jihadis could care less. All they care about is the Islamazation of America. They would rather we KEEP to the constitution because it gives them yet another weapon to use against us. With the liberals thinking the constitution is a suicide pact, the jihadis will use those "liberties" to further their cause of the Islamicazation of America.

Now am I certifying the elimination of the liberties of religion as stated in the 1st Amendment? No. I'm heeding to that we're free as long as we don't impugn on another's freedom. The GZM was chosen for one reason and one reason only: Islamic supremacy. Throughout their history, when they succeed in conquering a people, they build mosque on sacred sights to signify their supremacy. That's all this is. Why is the Imam, a man who claims this is being build as a bridge to bring others together so hellbent on giving the finger and having this build. Because his true objective is a victory mosque, not building bridges. They say if we don't let them build, it will feed sentiment against us. That's going to exist no matter what, and if this is build, they will all want to come to perform more jihad because they'll taste blood and victory. They want to impugn non-Muslim's faith and it's clear that's Rauf's goal because he's done everything short of confession to demonstrate that goal. If our future generation wants to keep the literal written rule over the spirit, then they're going to find and without a clue of how, they will lose both.

The Recession has been over since last June. More media deceptions.

Economists have declared the recession has been over since June of 2009. Gee, I think the markets didn't get the memo. Often times, definitions are hard to properly word. If you like prime examples, just pick up a Calculus book. One of those definitions that seems to be hard to word is the term Recession. It's much like defining pornography. Nobody can word it, but they know it when they see it. Well, it seems the wording defining a recession is going to need some fine tuning because if anyone believes the recession is over, much less ended in 2009 is either stupid, crazy, or financially "secured" for life because of those of us that work for a living, the recession isn't just alive and well, it's getting a lot worse.

A recession is defined as a loss in the GDP for 2 straight quarters. So if one can make a gain, however small or insufficent, you can claim the recession over. This can be deceptive as this is exactly what this is: a deception to make Obama look better than he really is. Last June does anyone know of two programs that were making headlines? Well, to refresh those memory that are stale, they were the Cash for Clunkers and the ending of the First Time Home Buyer Credit. These two programs didn't really reflect any real gains in the GDP. It just deferred a lot of sales to this earlier date. Those that were planning to buy later just bought cars and houses earlier to take advantage of a temporary benefit. In the end, nothing changed as unemployment went up and the GDP went down again. These programs were design as such to give this Administration a means of saying things are better with them when it isn't. Job losses continued til recently and most of the gains now are government jobs, not the private sector. Such bad definitions can lead to misleading conclusions, and anyone that's trying to find work and buy just the basics right now can tell you, the recession is far from over and we're likely in a soft depression and no smoke and mirror program can't smoke screen that reality.

Education Experts are stumped at the most often question teachers have for them.

Seems experts on education are at a loss to answer the most often asked, and complaint, by teacher in the field. I find it ironic that here are all these experts on education and yet they have no clue what's going in the education field at all. Teachers are complaining more and more that their jobs are becoming impossible to perform because of one main problem: the students are refusing to learn more and more. So when one ask the question what are we to do when the students just don't care and neither do their parents, what is the proper response. I'll tell you because it was mine: nothing! You can't force someone to do something they don't really want to and frankly, Americans more and more just plain don't value an education, especially those with entitlements. The solution as simple as it is, is going to be very difficult to put in practice: making students and PARENTS accountable (not to mention administrators, but this is based on the problem of apathy by students and parents).

How the heck did we get to the point that teachers are being penalized for students giving education as well as them the finger? I base it on PC and a couple of horrid court rulings.

1. No prayers in school. I often wonder if O'Neil, that foul excuse of a woman would be proud of what she's done to the education system in this country. I have a feeling she would, even though the child she fought to eliminate him from such exposure hated her to her death over it. This ruling was the beginning of the end of standards. Not that God is needed to learn, but it provided the slippery slope of disintegrating values to allow the infestation of liberalism and Political Correctness to become the god that the system worship. The elimination of any reference to a God or higher power of authority devalued values, especially those on the culture and allowed for any belief, no matter how far fetched, insane, or just plain stupid, to be embraced. Now we can't sing Happy Birthday, wear an American Flag on the 5th of May, play tag, or teach the declaration of independence, but we sure can teach about Islam, class warfare, drugs, sex, and cater to invaders.

2. Every child is entitled to a public education. With the lack of values came what I believe to be the worse court decision on education to ever be ruled. Granted it was done during a time when blacks were being ostracized from the education they rightfully deserved, but this ruling opened up the bottle of a malicious genie we yet even have a clue is released, much less try to put back into the bottle. This court ruling has allowed for some pretty bad and stupid policies. The biggest one is that even those that don't want an education and will do everything to make sure nobody else does is entitled to a public education they don't want. You want to see the source of why the schools are failing from the student's and parent's prospective, just look at the gangsters, instigators and agitators and let's not forget the problems of bullying in our schools. It's because they have a right to promote this chaos. When a child as well as their parents think education is the white man's way of doing thing and disrespectful to the black race or Hispanic race, when other students threaten violence to those that learn and in some cases murdered, how is this productive to a safe learning environment? When you add those with emotional issues and just downright bigotry that is protected as a civil right (more on this later) and it's no mystery why children today don't learn. Either they don't want, are scared stupid, and just can't under the conditions that those that don't have created.

3. Affirmative Action. Now that results are to be "equal" and "diverse", why would any minority put in a real effort if by their gender, race, social status, whatever, they're going to move on any ways? Have you tried getting a grant, scholarship lately? If you're not an oppressive minority, you're not going to get one. SAT sucks, that's ok, they'll add points for your race, gender, whatever. The gist of the matter is that academic excellence is on the bottom of the scale for admission and in some cases their grades. When I was teaching, I was required to give them 50% of their grade if they showed up. Those that did didn't do much but attacked my character, threatened me with civil rights violation if I failed them or tried to maintain discipline and despite only needing 20% of the points of the work, over 55% still failed. Despite that, many were still expecting to either make it big as gangsters, or get into college anyway because as one student of mine said, "I'm Mexican. I don't need grades to get into college." Hard to argue against that.

4. Unwarranted Civil Rights. Ask any teacher what scares them most, the answer will nearly be universal: it's getting sued over civil rights violations. Many gang bangers and antagonizers can get away with their nonsense because to encumber such behavior will be cause to look at if their civil rights are being violated. I had one student who got suspended for a total of 28 days in 5 months (that's nearly 1 day in 4 being spent at home). Many times I was threaten and heard the cry, "He's getting on you for acting too Black". The school policy was if you get suspended for a total of 20 days, you're expelled. Well, they never enforced that policy because of the possible civil rights lawsuit. So on they went on their reign of terror and contempt because to dare resist can bring the battle cry, "I SUE I SUE!"

5. No accountability. When I say no accountability, I don't mean towards the teachers. I mean come on, they're blamed for everything. No Child Left Behind was enacted to even put more blame on teachers and schools, but no where in the legislation, and hence why it's doomed to fail, is there anything about holding students and parents accountable for failure.

6. Political Correctness. As I've stated in other blogs, Johnny can't read, write, or do math, but he sure knows enough about sex to make a Nevada brothel worker blush, class warfare, racism, and all the other liberal BS that doesn't make anyone a productive member of society. This is why I think students and parents aren't held accountable. Political Correctness. Most of the children who fail are minorities or low income member of our society. It's falsely concluded that those with money have an advantage because they buy their way out or the system is discriminating against them. Nope. Because of PC, nobody in the media, government or in public opinion is going to demand that minority parents need to step up to the plate. That it's the fault of those with the entitlement or victim hood mentality that they are their own worse enemy and they're responsible for their own fate and prosperity. That's why every time they have one of these studies, you never see how the lack of involvement of parents or poor attitude of students are analyzed as being part of the problem. As well as holding them accountable is the solution. Yet they get mystified as to how the problem continues to grow bigger and bigger every year.

The corruption of the populace, whom I blame for the terminal illness that's having our republic dying, is why the education system is failing. . . miserably. As we pull away from individualism, creating a larger gap between the productive and responsible vs. the entitlmentistic, this lack of accountability will just create more and more dysfunction not just in our schools and government (hence why we have the government we deserve), but in society in general. We're now falling behind more and more to now even 3rd world countries in math, science, engineering, medicine. As we become more and more ignorant, stupid, and lazy, who are going to make the goods, build the roads, bridges, buildings, and homes, figure out the finances, keep us informed accurately and ethically in the future? The US used to produce 55% of all the people with engineering degrees in the world, now it's 15%, produce 60% of the food, now it's 40%, produce 65% of the technological advances, now it's 39%. We better start wising up, stop pandering to the stupid, lazy, antagonistic, and giving out entitlements to those that haven't proved they've earned them or else we're going to become a 3rd world country ourselves. However, rest assured, the White man and bad teachers I'm sure are the ones they're going to blame when we do.

To the fallen of Flight 93.

Every September 11th, I dust off the Flight 93 DVD and watch it as a reminder of who attack, why, and how 40 passengers foiled one of the 4 group's plan which was either the capital building or the white house (given Bush wasn't in DC at the time, it would make more sense to hit the capital building). This is one of those movies, like Titanic, you watch and hope this time it will be different like this time they actually miss the iceberg or the passengers regain control of the plane. As I analyze the sequence of events of that fateful flight, I often ask myself the question: why were the terrorist who were just 1/11th of the total of the people on that fight (remember, there were 2 pilots, a flight attendant, and a passenger murdered during the takeover), out numbered 11 to 1 able to succeed to take over the plane while the remaining passengers failed? When you get down to it, it all came down to planning, and frankly, that's where our enemies really are kicking our rear ends. Not so much the planning of actual violent jihad, but the propaganda war.

The terrorists that day had one huge advantage: the element of surprised. At the time such an attack didn't even cross our minds. It was something that happened in other countries, mainly 3rd world countries with grossly corrupt governments and traitorous military and police forces that often make it all too easy for the terrorists to operate. Just look at Iran, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Columbia, and Mexico as prime examples (yes, I consider the drug cartels to be terrorist organizations). Though outnumbered 11 to 1, and yes they had box cutters as knives, if the passengers just raised up during the original assault, the terrorist fail because they can't stop them all as was such the case when they tried to take over the plane leading them to crash the plane before getting to their target over surrendering to the Infidels. With everyone on board shocked and in disbelief and no doubt thinking this most likely a hijacking for profit, with the exception of the one that tried to pacified the situation which lead to his death as the hateful and evil radical Islamics decided they wanted none of that, everyone just did as they were told. Though the flight attendant that was taken hostage didn't cooperate, they had observed enough to know how she knocked and fooled the pilots, though warned something was going on as both towers had been hit at the time, thinking that it wasn't going to happen to them and complacent that it had to be their friend at the other end of the door, sealed their fate as well as the passengers.

The element of surprise and deception can really never be underestimated. Getting an opponent of guard or on the wrong trial gives such a foe an extreme advantage. The pilots were dead in less than a minute, within a minute 4 were dead and the plane taken over and the remaining people just plain dumbfounded. The terrorist made one huge mistake however: the passengers had their cell phones.

Because of cell phone technology, the BS claim that they were hijacking for profit and that they're heading back to the airport because the authorities met their demands were quickly refuted. They were informed of the twin towers as well later, the Pentagon, and it was clear it was a suicide mission. Without that information, the passengers most likely don't try anything thinking, most likely hoping against hope, that they're only after money or some political gain. Once it was clear that their fate was death, they choose that they rather die fighting than running.

However, the passengers that fought back made a huge mistake of their own. In poker, players often look for the tell, a gesture or act that tips off the strength, or the lack there of, of their hands. The passengers when they took their hand vote assured their plan to takeover the plane was doomed and their fate sealed. Why? The terrorist knew that their deception was exposed. They knew they were coming. The passengers lost the element of surprised that proved to be so advantageous for the terrorist. At that point, Salid, the pilot, entrenched his position to keep the passengers from getting in by having two of his goons lock and barricade themselves inside making getting in all the more difficult and costly for those fighting back. Had they been more clandestined about it, they could had taken the one in their compartment, then had the other two outside the cockpit. Then it would be a matter of getting them out of the way and getting into the cockpit. At that stage, they had a good chance, but the sequence of events didn't go that way. After attacking the guarding terrorist with the fake bomb (something they knew because planes weren't being bombed, but crashed), it just took too much time and causalities (I'm sure several were stabbed by the two barricading the door) and the pilot decided to crash the plane rather than surrender or perhaps just was so bad at flying that crashed it by accident, but the lost of time assured that the heroes of flight 93 wouldn't be able to gain control in time.

I'm sure it's easy for me to realize the flaws and come up with when I don't see 4 people murdered and have box cutters in my face armed by a foaming, angry, evil lunatic as well as considering the lives of the others that are with me. I'm don't have the panic, fear, chaos that surrounded them. Hopefully, by learning the lesson of the one critical execution of the terrorist plan and the fatal flaw of the attempted taker, should such another attempt is ever made, we can be victorious and regain the plane or at least sufficiently increase the odds. Given the situation they were in, they fought valantly given what they had. Just if I had a time machine and had them make that one change.

My daughter made a note about those that made the movies. She gave credos to the actors, especially the ones that played the terrorist. Unlike all movies since this one, these terrorist weren't portray with any sympathy or as oppressed and misunderstood people. They were seen with coldness and callous hatred. It wasn't so much what was said or done, but just by the looks in their eyes. One could feel the chill, hate, and lust for blood. As now as I demonstrate how the memorial is being made to praise those people, it really puts the passion and contempt for those that want to continue appease and cater to these evil animals. It should demonstrate how people like those that designed that crescent tribute to the terrorist for the memorial (why it's taken over 9 years to start with should say something), Imam Kauf and his evil remarks, Goldbloom and his disdain for those that oppose this victory mosque, the government that protect those in Dearborn if someone so much as hands out a flyer about Christianity, Bush and Obama who defend these governments that protect these terrorists, especially the Saudis.

To the fallen of flight 93, I salute you. Your deaths shall not be in vein with me. Though they tried to execute a flawed plan, it's far superior what our leaders are doing today and our fallen heroes fought against the evils of radical Islam. Unlike today, our leaders and media appease them everywhere they turn. How at every turn they spit in the face of those heroes that died that day. We've had many close calls to more of these terrorist creating more death and destruction and only by sheer luck and incompetence we've haven't. If our government and leaders had more valor of those passengers, perhaps we wouldn't be in the mess we're in today.

Remembering the lessons of 9-11.

Here on the 9th anniversary of the evil and horrid attacks on our soil by radical members of Islamic ideologies. Every year, I have my family watch a pair of documentary segments of the attacks including people jumping to their deaths rather than be burned to death by the 2000 degree flames fueled by the aviation fuel that was ignited when the planes were crashed into the said buildings. I do so not just to be reminded what happened, but to feel, to actually relive the horror as to never forget the evil that portrayed that day and who it was that did it to us. Frankly, what's going on today, not only have way too many people have forgotten, but are being deliverably ignorant as to the who and why.

September 11th, 2001. A day that should live in infamy. There are a lot of similarities of 9-11 and the attack of Pearl Harbor. They were both planned weeks in advance while those behind and financing the attack were feigning peace like the Saudis of whom 15 of the terrorism where from. The Americans had plenty of advance warnings but choose to ignore them. The day of the Pearl Harbor attack, the planes were detected and a sub committing an act of war was found and sunk (hence why Japan to this day said we started the war in the Pacific, not them) but either because of incompetence or just plain refusing to face facts, a group of middle Eastern men where able to learn to fly planes, but not how to land them with expires visas from radical sections of Islamic countries were allowed to pursue their plans while the Pentagon lawyers (all Clintonitas) portrayed them as law abating immigrants refused to let the FBI investigate Mohammad Atta. After all, he looked like an outstanding guy to them. Nothing like those Grandmas in wheelchairs or those suspicious Irish Nuns.

Well, despite several within law enforcement with brains that know terrorists don't come from Irish nuns and old people in wheelchairs that can sniff that something wrong with this man and his group of illegal "immigrants" that were up to no good, the government protected and eventually they put their plan in effect. I learned that of the 20 men that executed their plan that day (one missed his flight on United Flight 93 and later was caught from an unrelated crime) that despite the leftist propaganda, these men were anything but poor and oppressed. In fact, they were quite well to do so why would they go out on a suicide mission? They all have committed cardinal sins against Islam: many, like Atta, were homosexuals some were thieves. Atta was in prison before he migrated to America on a student visa (why do we think we can educate these savages is beyond me and 90% of Muslim that do go to collage major in Islam, a worthless degree. That's why the Saudis have to hire so many foreigners to man their oil fields, because they don't have anyone that knows how). So they were condemned in their faith to go to hell, but they had a way out: martyrdom. The rest is, shall we say, history. Here are some imagines of their fine work all in the name of Islam.

Now our world will never be the same, however, not the reason we patriotic Americans have envisioned. Bush went to war against terrorism, but never really defined what that meant as he made many mistake in that declaration of war. First was claiming the goals of Islam is peaceful. Really? Where in the world are Muslim at peace? Every major conflict going on the world then is the same as it is now. With the exception of the IRA conflict in Ireland, all the disruption of peace in the world are all the same: Muslims that refuse to get along with their neighbors or infidels within their own countries. One thing is clear, the goals of Islamic states aren't peaceful. His second mistake, perhaps, is claiming that we're at war with terrorism, not Islam. There's a belief out there that most, 99%, of Muslims are peaceful and just want to go about their own business. I say they're too optimistic. Most Islamic expert, those that lived and fled the Middle East and should know, say it's about 15% that are radicalized and the remaining 85% are just those that want to go about their business. Well, first of all, given there's about 1.5 billion Muslims in the world, 15% is 225 million. That's over 70% of the population of the United States, and they're the ones in power. The other problem, how many of those 85% percent will go on a jihad if those 15% demands them to out of loyalty to their faith or just plain fear of being beheaded? Suddenly, the practitioners of peace are getting out numbered really quick. If you think most Muslims would side with peace, perhaps one should look at how those everyday Muslims reacted to the news of 911.

Oh, yea, so peaceful. So Mortified of Racial Islam.

How Great is our God!

Time to take my American made shirt and play some football

Now it's nine years later and not only have the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan gone badly, especially after our first Muslim supporting president took office, these same peace loving people are smelling blood and seeking to put the final seal on their victory on that day, and lets face it, it's a victory. Since that day the difference between the liberals and conservatives exposed their faces after the dust settled on that day. Conservatives wanted to know who attacked us and fight back. Libtards in their true fashioned immediately checked out books about Islam at the library and seeked how we offended them and find out how WE caused this attacked. Nine years later, now that anti-American liberals control both houses of congress and an Islamic raised President is in the white house, who would had believed that 9 years ago, the Muslims are seeking to put up their symbol of their victory with a mega mosque right at ground zero. Not exactly on the site of the towers, but well within range of the damage that was created too symbolized their victory has they have always done in the past to demonstrate their not only their victory, but their supremacy over the defeated infidels. Here are a few examples:

It wasn't always this way. Even the New York Time got it.

Look at what's happened the last nine years. Islam hasn't become like the Civil Right Movement of the 21st century. Only Gay marriage has gotten more press. Bush, in my opinion, made his biggest mistake when he lifted immigration restriction and allowed people from Islamic countries much easier access to getting visa and residency status. Now we're getting swamp with Muslims and what are they doing in their new homeland? Demanding Sharia Law and superior rights to their faith over infidels. In other words, what they always do, create mayhem and conjure. Now in Dearborn with their overwhelming number of Somali refugees (yes, that country that has all the pirates that fear the US Navy like a Gangster with a fully loaded machine gun at a spit ball fight. In nine years, we've gone to taking the fight to the enemy to empower those that feel we've offended the Muslim world and got what we deserve to appeasement that is so maudlin that's it's sickening in its own right if it wasn't so damn dangerous. To add the ultimate insult to injury, the US government, as well as the local government that got a up close and person look at what terrorism is on that day as well as the first attack in 93 as well as an attempted Marketing bombing by a nationalized citizen and they're willing to let an evil Imam that supports Hamas and Islamic brotherhood, the oldest terrorist organization on earth right, that makes threats that we are to be killed in a holy fatwa and jihad if we don't allow this mosque to be build to build this victory mosque. What's worse, they're using freedom of religion as the grounds for their right to build. Just because you can doesn't mean you should. Even the Jews knew this when they wanted to build a place for worship just outside Auswich, but they wised up that it was too sensitive to place it so close where so much evil and death was created. This Imam claims that he's building this mosque to "build bridges" to the non Islamic world. Yea, and I got a condo on the moon to sell you. Every leader in the Middle East is calling it what it is: a victory Mosque. The claim is that if it isn't built, the terrorist win. Wrong. The terrorist would wet their pants if they knew that a mosque was going to be built, most likely later in their honor once this evil plot is exposed out in the open. This mosque has nothing to do with freedom of religion, but it's antithesis since Islam is all about conquests, not building bridges. If it was truly about building bridges, then he wouldn't build it there and wouldn't be lying, cheating, stealing and using propaganda to get it built. But then again, we still haven't learned our lessons about why behind the attack on September 11th, 2001. Perhaps we will on September 11th, 2011. That's the day they're planning to open their victory mosque.

Japanese men are wooing virtual girlfriends. They're not loser, they're fed up.

There's an article about a hotel that's become the first to cater to not just human clientele, but to their virtual dates on a site called "Love Plus". Basically, men can "enjoy" a weekend or time with their virtual girlfriends from the site as if they're a human companion. A bit bizarre and creepy on my part. I rather have the real thing and thankfully do with my FILIPINO wife, but there's an underlining reason why Japanese men are being attracted to virtual women and no, it's not because they're losers that can't handle having a real woman, it's because they're fed up with the attitude Japanese women have now.

If anyone doesn't know the history of Japan for the last 70 years, and with the state of the education system, it's not far fetched, Japan had gone through a major change in its culture after their complete and humiliating defeat to the Allies in World War 2. They were occupied for several years and became the largest democratic society in the Far East. With that expansion of democracy came a price: the US mentality. Japan is the most "westernized" of the Eastern countries. The last 20 years saw an expansion of American culture: feminism. What should be said Feminazism. Japanese women have become more "liberated" the last 20 years including the hatred and disdain of men and children. Japan has the lowest birthrate in the East, and for an Asian country, this declining birthrate is unheard of, especially in Buddhist and Confucius countries where family is of the highest honor. Women there, like those here, don't find any honor in families any more, but those of the careers and pursuit of power. They now find men unnecessary and unwanted now. However, unlike in the West, the men of Asia didn't do what the men of the West did under feminism: tolerated their disrespect.

Western men, for the most part, have become accustomed to being vilified and disdained. In fairness it seems, they have accepted that the women are right, we're a bunch of sexist, evil, destructive and stupid brutes and can't function civilly or ever survive, without the women. Well, Asian men aren't that stupid or complacent. They have basically said "screw that" and replaced their lying, cheating, disloyal, and disrespectful women (OK, Asian men do take things to extremes and there are some legitimacy to their complaints, but to take it the other extreme isn't going to solve things either) with anything that will allow them to vicariously experience what is lacking with the humans: love and respect. Yea, it's fake, but the hatred and disdain that feminism has brought isn't, so yea ,they'll replace with with a virtual girlfriend, and I won't get into their latest biggest booming market: sex dolls.

With women becoming more masculine, disrespectful, and disdainful of men and their roles, it's no mystery why the men there aren't going to take it anymore. With their advancement in robotics (they have one that can teach with the ability to express 8 emotions), it's not a stretch that soon they will have Cherry 2000 bots to satisfied their needs. So what if they have no free will as long as they act like WOMEN and not like competitors who lie, cheat, steal and blackmail which is the biggest complaint Japanese men, not to mention Western, have.

What should become most worrisome is every country that have "women rights" and feminism all have one thing in common: declining birthrates. Culture and societies are in danger of dying out and historically, that is what has happened to every matriarchal society because they become too weak and either too unwilling to procreate to survive or to protect and preserve their societies from their enemies. Now we have virtual women to cater to men's needs so no procreation necessary nor wanted now. Soon we may have realistic robots which on the plane of sexuality will make WOMEN unnecessary. Not for procreation mind you, but for fullfillment of a biological need. However in the end, the society will die out and become extinct and that should be the real story behind these sad and strange acts that men, here in Japan, will do to avoid the harshness and cruelty that feminism has brought about.

Media reports that economic downturn has lead to decrease in having children is basically a half truth.

There's recent numbers showing that Americans are having less children during this economic downturn. It would come as no surprise as more and more Americans are making less and less money all the while what little they have are losing more and more purchasing power. It's the argument that the cost of having children is the reason behind this decline. Though there is a degree of truth behind the "if you can't feed them, don't breed them" mentality, the truth is that the economic strength is really an insufficient element to our declining birth rate. The truth is the birth rate in the country was declining long before the economic downturn and the reason is one of the biggest cover ups in the media and education system.

The big comparison was that before the recession started in 2008, Americans were having children at a rate of 15.8 per 1000 people, or about 1.58%. Now the rate is 14.2, or 1.42%. The comparison that should had raised some flags that something more is going on here is when they make the comparison to the birth rate during the great depression: 20 per 1000 or 2.0%. Seems that the birthrate before the economic recession or depression, depending on what numbers you look at, was nearly 50% lower than during the great depression and these numbers weren't all that different during the boom years of the 90's, so it seems that the economy is playing a very small role. What's worse, the birthrate has been in decline for nearly 20 years. Only because of immigration, and much of it illegal, has the birth rate maintain a minimal rate and increase of the US population. So what's the core of why Americans, other than naturalized citizens, are having children?

Actually, my wife hit it on the head when she stated to me, "One thing about Filipino women, we sure do love our babies. American women only seem to only love themselves." It was at that moment I had an epiphany about one of the hard core reasons why America is dying (The other is the corruption of the voters), we hate America so much and we're so narcissistic now, we no longer want to procreate. I don't mean we don't want to do the horizontal mambo, but we don't want to have off springs. The movement that has done the most damage to our culture in our desire to procreate has been the modern feminist movement.

When was the last time feminist supported family, procreation, or even America for that matter? They're good at fighting for the right for women to be able to pursue their dreams. Be free to choose for themselves. What's often left out is they're really for oppression: of men and children. You see, they're for pursuing their dreams, as long as their dreams don't involve a man or children. They're all for choice as long as that choice is for abortion or career. Why do they go ballistic over any restriction of abortion as a method of birth control? Never mind the rare cases of criminal activities or health. Seventy percent of abortions are used as the PRIMARY means of birth control. The other 27% is when the optional other method fails. So why the RIGHT to terminate? It's the war against the family. This is why so many are lesbians and fight for "gay rights" especially gay marriage. It's to demean and desecrate the family.

You see, feminists think anyone can be a mother. Even the stupidest and most useless female, thus only stupid and useless females should procreate. They have a derogatory term for them: breeders. Those that have smarts, those that have "real value" can make a difference by advancing themselves in the job market. It's through works and their career advancement that a woman places their worth. Geesh, they say men have bad egos. Children, you see, interferes with this changing of the world and their careers. After all, no woman worth anything should ever relay on a man to support her. Hence why those that have a dream involving a man or children are disdained. It's demeans the value of their cause. Thus, more and more women are choosing not to have children over their careers. Not to say one shouldn't if they so do choose, but why is so much of their value as women placed on how much they make. That's what men tend to do. Last I check, one of the most important job is raising the next generation to competently take over when the current generation ages. The leftist baby boomers, including these feminists, are about to learn how valuable.

With the hatred of men, family, American values it seems, the feminist that gave the females these liberties are about to face a major crisis. They're going to retire shortly and far too many, because they were either too stupid or lazy, are going to completely rely on Social Security for their retirement. The problem is that there are so few workers now to support what will become a glut of retirees, that the Ponzi scheme of SS is going to collapse. Seems everyone think the government will bail Social Security out, but with what? IOU's? Oh wait, that's what's in all the SS accounts. Worthless printed paper money? That will make what little they get all the more worthless. Import more workers? By the time this debacle manifest itself, even the 3rd world won't want to come here any more because we will become too much like where they are now. The time for reaping what they sow will come and then and only then will they realize the error in their thinking. They changed the world, but not for the better and now the most important job in the world was so badly desecrated, that there's nobody to support them when they needed. I'll say too bad now lay in the bed that you made for yourself.

When you get down to it, this movement was a symptom of a far larger problem and a sub sect of a far greater movement: the socialist destruction of America. Look at what this movement has led to. The emasculation of men, the perversion of morals, moral relativism, a war on truth, the debasement of our education system. Think I'm being sexist and ignorant or just plain misogamist, take a look at our media and education system for the last 40 years when the movement started. Can anyone watch a show where men aren't portrayed as stupid, dysfunctional, or only think with their small head over their big one? Even children are given more intelligence than grown men. Can anyone in the university state obvious differences (other than the sexual) between men and women without getting censored for downright expelled. Just ask the EX Chancellor at the University of Colorado when he stated that men excelled in the science and engineering while women in the arts and languages because perhaps their is something in our DNA that propels the genders to the said fields. Oh you would had thought he called for the sacrifices of virgins and puppies by the reaction. Can men do anything unless women are allowed to do so or more? Why are women getting into and graduating college two to one over men? Are men that stupid or is the system bias against them? Heck, men, as a group make more money, 22% more but only because they work 39% more hours and yet we're still discrminating against women in the work place though per hour worked, they make 17% more money. After all, if women are twice as educated as men, does anyone really think they'll take being paid less than an uneducated man? How are warriors and protectors portrayed? Men as evil brutes, women as defenders. The police can't even sneeze without a threat of a civil rights lawsuit. Can anyone name the last woman officer sue for civil right violations? Do they even serve and protect or pander and coddle? I could go on, but it's a sketchy picture of how things have "progressed" and now we're a country that won't (I won't say can't, we have the means, just not the will) defend itself because we believe that the traits of those that protect and defend are something to be ashamed of or downright evil as the wars against terrorism have demonstrated. Remember the group that got the most attention in opposition of those wars til Obama was elected. Don't remember? Code Pink.

With all the talk about the Ground zero mosque, and better yet, Zero's opinion of it while lecturing us about the rights of Muslims to their religious freedoms (whatever that may be since they're the antithesis of religious freedom), there were some primary elections going on in the country for party members to select their candidates to go to the congress or other local and state position. The one that caught my eye and was going to be telling to me whether the tea parties were going to be a sufficient force to be reckoned with or just another group of paper tigers was answered and regrettably, the voters have disappointed and demonstrate it's going to be the same old dysfunctional mentality that's going to dominate.

The conservatives, or those registered as Republican, have overwealmly voted for McCain to be the Republican candidate for their senior senate seat. What a joke. If anyone has forgotten, though I don't know how, Arizona was the state that passed the bill that mirrored federal law to crackdown on the illegal aliens of that state. Remember the backlash, especially by the negligent federal government, that got a quasi victory by having the criminal part of the law struck down, but not the crackdown and reporting part. The illegal alien invasion in Arizona is so bad, that certain parts, a NATIONAL PARK no less, are forbidden for Americans to go to because Mexican invaders from the drug cartels have commandeered those section of the state (and frankly federal land within the state borders) and have threaten to murder anyone, including law enforcement officers, that interfere with their drug smuggling activities. Phoenix is the kidnapping capital of the world only behind the Philippines (and mainly from the evil Islamic cult of the Abu Sayyraf [father of the sword in Arabic]) and the murder rate there has skyrocketed from the invasion of the Mexican drug cartels.

Yet, what do the Conservative voters of the state do. Remember, now, this is the conservative party. Illegals don't vote here because they register as Democrats, so their interest isn't involved in this primary election. They vote for McCain. This man is the front runner for the rights for illegal alien to gain amnesty now that Ted Kennedy is in . . . well, I don't want to take 3 guesses where he is and the first two don't count, I'm going to say dead. McCain is the biggest champion for the call to decriminalized the people that has made Arizona such a hell hole, and I don't mean from the heat. This man opposed his state's own illegal alien law, opposes everything about what that law represents. His stance is clear. When it comes to his conservative view, on illegal aliens, he's all on their side to grant them amnesty. Yet, the Conservatives and tea parties, those that claim they see what this invasion has done to their state,vote for him to represent the state in the Senate. What a travesty. They just voted for the biggest opponent to empowered the state to protect them against these invaders. If you were a member of one of these Mexican drug cartels, would you really take what the state of Arizona says or does seriously now? I know I wouldn't.

It should be mentioned how poorly he performed during the Presidential campaign. His choice for Veep was terrible. I know Palin talks a good game and is popular among conservatives. But she's a narcissist and no better than Obama. It's that she's our kind of A hole, but an A hole none the less. I trust her as much as Obama and she's not much more experienced. Every time he, McCain, gained in the polls, he did something to sabotage his efforts, the last straw being when he supported the bail outs for the financial institutions that created the financial crisis (only to have Obama escalate it once in office). The man is no longer in touch with the American people, yet the Conservatives and tea party members voted him back. In God's good name, I have to ask why?

I've been stating that if people think the Democrats are going to get hit and hit hard this midterm election, I fear you're going to be grossly disappointed. Now I have proof that I'm right. With McCain getting re-elected by the conservative, the same old stupid mentality has manifested itself again: Hate the congress but love my congressman. People know that our congress is the most impotent and corrupt perhaps in the country's history. The 9% approval rating demonstrates this. However, 94% are going to get re-elected. Other than the conservative districts that voted Democrat because they were so ticked off at Bush and his failures, they're vote back conservative, but that's not going to be enough to take the house. The senate is more vulnerable, but Americans have short memories. They're forgetting already and now more in survival mode than anything not paying much attention to what's going on in the political arena. Perhaps with so many out of work, they'll take their frustrations out with the current party in power, but I wouldn't bet on it. I do know one thing, if the Democrats keep both houses, our Republic is going to die. If we're so stupid, and Michael Moore summed it up and I have to wonder if he's right: Americans are the dumbest people on the planet. When it comes to their voting record, it does support his hypothesis. After all, if the people of Arizona who's seen how bad the invasion from Latin American illegals can be is willing to vote for one of their biggest supporters back for another term, then Arizona deserves what coming to them. As for the rest of the country, I can only hope they're wiser and paying more attention than those so called conservatives in Arizona, but I won't hold my breath on it.

Could the state of California get any dumber?

I know California, filled with freaks, stoners, and illegals with no allegiance to America, can come up with some dumb and downright bewildering laws, but this is getting beyond silly. Here, where selling of pets, use of plastic bags, and prosecuting illegals for their crimes are out, while hemp brownies, Russian military, hostile business environment to the likes of over 13% unemployment are in, we have a new law that defies the mind. The fire Marshall of the State of California is going to have 3000 gas station be prosecuted for what he see as a dangerous practice, pump locks. Yeap, there are 3000 gas station that have locks on the pump so people can pump their gas hands free. You see, after 40 years that these locks have been on pumps, there have been 13 accidents of over pumping that lead to one man being injured when he got gas in his eyes. So now we're all going to have to pump our gas manually. What next? Be like Oregon where it's illegal to pump your own gas? No word what the fine is to individual that dare to pump their gas hands free. Oh, BTW, dumb asses that support this stupidity, those malfunctioning pumps would still had malfunction if the person was manually pumping the gas as well, so I don't see what this has to do with anything but to maintain the government's belief that people are too stupid to choose anything for themselves and they need Big Brother.

I've inserted a clip from a recent article from NY Post about Daisy Khan and her views about her victory mosque and the opposition. All my comments will be in Bold.

The defiant wife of the cleric behind the planned mosque near Ground Zero vowed yesterday to go ahead with the project -- calling it a "history-making moment" in the fight against "Islamophobia." A phobia is an Irrational fear, not a buzzword for anyone that oppose your bigoted view. What's unreasonable in fearing a cult that has made it clear that anyone that oppose them are to be put to death? I guess in your faith, fearing death is unreasonable.

Daisy Khan, who founded the project along with her husband, Imam Feisal Abdul Rauf, said the increasing opposition -- which she blamed on Republicans -- has only caused organizers to become more committed. Muslims, like sharks, get aggressive when they smell blood. They can taste that huge victory and the symbol of their victory. This demonstrates how they love the anger they're getting out of the infidels.
"There is too much at stake, constitutional rights like the ones they like to destroy like deaths to infidels, removal of clitoris, women being less than cattle, silencing those that oppose Islam, and most importantly, no tolerance of other faiths, where in the constitution are these "rights"?, the development of the Muslims here like in Dearborn and Islamictown?, how the world is watching the United States I'm sure itching to celebrate like they did when the towers were hit. I remember how those "moderate" Muslims were dancing in the streets. We tell people America upholds religious freedom. We should not compromise those values Which the Muzzies demand we do once they dominate an area," she said in an interview with The Washington Post.

"We have too important a moment to back down VICTORY!. We have to take our opponents and transform them You mean convert or die?. We have to convince people that not all Muslims are extremists," she said. Then start acting like it. Everywhere in the world, the worse crimes and atrocities are being committed by Muslim that can't or just plain refuse to get along with their neighbors and in the most savage of ways. Beheadings, bombings, stoning, and burying alive. You want to convince people that first, there are such things as moderate Muslims even thought experts from the area state there are no such thing, and the faith isn't extreamist when everywhere they predominate, there's nothing but violence from them.
"We have to educate them on being able to distinguish between us and on the issue of Islamophobia." First, since you don't condemn evil terrorist groups like Hamas, what are the differences? Another, there's no such thing as Islamophobia, all fears are reasonable.
Khan spoke out about the mosque while her husband is in the Middle East on a goodwill trip sponsored by the US State Department. Why isn't Hilary and Obama being brought up on charges. This is clearly a violation of the establishment clause as passed down in court rulings by the ACLU. Yet when it's Muzzie's being promoted as a state religion by the government, chirp chirp chirp. Throughout the interview with columnist Sally Quinn, Khan repeatedly stressed the importance of moving forward with the project, which has stirred debate all over the country. Why is this so important as there are 100's of mosques throughout New York? Ask why there's such a debate and how she and her hubby are contributing."What gives me strength [is that] we are in a history-making moment. Too late, Muhammad Atta beat you to it. The only history this will make is it will mark a victory for his works. Our ideals must prevail. Which ideals are those, convert or die, Allah Akbar, Sharia Law? I like some clarity here. Otherwise I say, no they don't. We have to fight for a bigger society," said Khan. Bigger for whom? Democracy or Theocracy?
She states that she and her husband had received death threats and have informed the police. I like to hear that evidence. Muzzies are always making that claim, but no evidence to back it up. Khan said the organizers "will have a dialogue" with the families of 9/11 victims, but added about the mosque site: "It is private property. Typical Muslim double speak. They smile to your face while cursing you in their hearts. They claim in one statement of having a dialogue while making it clear no matter, they 're going to build where they want rather the victims like it or not. To walk away without taking everything into consideration would be irresponsible." Complete fabrication. They have considered everything, they don't care what others feel. They're going to have their victory mosque rather we like it or not. Instead of creating enemies, she said, she hopes this controversy will help people better understand Islam. By bring confrontational and defiant they hope to create friends. My what strange bedfellows they are. People are getting a much better understanding of Islam I have to agree there.
"We are debating about having a healing dialogue, building bridges, and this whole thing has turned into the opposite of what we have envisioned," she said. Well, Duh! what did she expect? Americans to be so weak and stupid that we would let them just waltz in and celebrate over our dead. . . again? Khan said she is completely taken aback by the opposition. Oh, that answers my previous question. She expressed surprise that "a community center for everyone in the neighborhood, to scale up and build up people of all religions, has become so skewed." Because we're wise that Muslims are the biggest liars and most intolerant people on the planet as their actions around the world have demonstrated. The only thing skewed here is her naivete in thinking we would be so weak to just let it happen without a fight. The clamor around the mosque has become so deafening, she said, she's afraid to turn on the TV. Good, the people are making their voices heard. "It's hard to see yourself portrayed this way daily. But to me, it's an indication that the post-9/11 controversy is not finished. It's not over and neither is the healing. This is a teaching moment. A healing moment," she said. By giving the victims and the people of this country the finger, and I know from a Muzzie it's not America is #1, you expect healing and closure of the worse terrorist attack on our soil? This woman is either stupid or insane. She blamed partisan strife for stirring up people's emotions. Yea, try looking in the mirror for who's partisan strife. "It's hard for us to imagine we are in the thick of a controversy like this. The Republicans are really going after us," she said.
The uproar over the mosque, said Khan, shows that "there is still healing that needs to happen. Still shocked that anyone would oppose and must be the Republicans? Heck, Howard Dean, who isn't a very bright bulb to begin with, and the corrupt Reid are even opposed to this, so don't go with the racist Tea Parties or Republicans. There are bigger issues here and it's also about how Muslims are perceived. When will Muslims be accepted as plain old Americans?" News Flash, when you start acting like "plain old Americans" and not raving lunatics like in Dearborn."This is a bigger fight. This is a defining moment for us." Duh, why we're fighting against your evil cult. Addressing one of the more controversial aspects of the project -- who will pay the big bucks for its completion -- she said that the fund-raising has not begun yet. Bull crap! They have $120 million already and nobody knows were those funds are coming from. How else does a man that was a Waiter just 2 years ago come up with the money to buy the property and in New York, property doesn't come cheap and especially in this economy?"On the advice of our attorneys, we wanted to clear the civic hurdles first," she said.
Khan said that she and her husband have been talking to Muslims all over the United States about the project. Wait, I thought this was a community center for everyone. Why are you only talking to Muslims only? "It's a major concern of the Muslim communities because it has sparked anti-Islam and anti-mosque feelings everywhere. Six mosques have already been prevented from being established. The way the governments bend over backwards to please these animals, I like to see the evidence. Again, more "woe is us, we're so discriminated against, we're victims of a bigoted society without proof. Please, is such events were happening, there would be riots in the street and just ask anyone in England or France. We have to be careful about every step we take. There are huge stakes in this," she said. They wouldn't want their real intentions to be inadvertently revealed it seems. She claimed that there has been little interest in her project from Muslims outside the United States, but said that might change since her husband began his tour of the Middle East. Who is she kidding, that money didn't come from the US. How stupid does she think we are? Perhaps the same sources that contributed to Obama campaign. Surely I'm just being paranoid, right?
A State Department spokesman said that Rauf might speak about the mosque during the tour.
"I wouldn't be surprised if he talks about the ongoing debate within the United States, as an example of our emphasis on religious tolerance and resolving questions that come up within the rule of law," said department spokesman P.J. Crowley. Rule of law? From Muslims? Are you kidding. You know damn well he's going to promote this mosque, it's a symbol of victory over the infidels as they do thorough out their history when they conquer a infidel's land. Rauf -- who has been on several State Department tours, including two under former President George W. Bush -- is not allowed to fund-raise on the trip. Yea, but this administration hasn't care for the law so far.

This woman talks about community center, healing, and building bridges and all their actions have shown quite the contrary. If it wasn't for ground zero and the Islamic victory symbols, I wouldn't even care, but it's clear this is step towards increasing their propaganda against the US and the West. There's no evidence that they're seeking healing and building bridges when one of the first thing they're doing is dividing and pouring salt into the wounds. Be sure, if there's a mosque in this "community" center, infidels won't be allowed as to upset Muslim sensitives and I would bet the farm that five years after it's completion, they'll rename it the "Mohammad Atta Community Center" and by then, telling you we told you so will be too late.

Why I don't miss Bush.

I see a lot of Bush T-Shirts that say "Miss Me Yet?". My answer is NO! and it isn't ever going to change. You see, I'm a real conservative and Bush was a traitor to conservatives and their causes. Other than National Security which he didn't go far enough by making our borders more porous and letting Muslims in at will, taxes, and Court appointees, he was the biggest liberal ever in office til Obama. All Obama and company and their policies are just Bush on steroids. Bush started this mess and Obama has put it on overdrive. This is why when I ask liberals why the hate Bush so much since he did more for liberal causes than Clinton could ever hope for in his wettest of dreams, they say he was too conservative. That's like the Abu's hating the Moros because they're too humane (they're both ruthless, evil terrorist organization, just the abu's are more public with their murders). This is why I think the midterm elections are much ado about nothing. I don't think the voters are smart enough to see what's going on nor will vote their conscious. Even if the Dems lose the House, or Senate, or even both, the Republicans started this mess to begin with and their man Bush is who set out the path before them. California corruption does it again.

Well, just when California gets to a point in her corruption that you think she can go no lower, she does. As any Californian can tell you, we're the prelude to Obama's horrid overspending and over taxation. The state is on the verge of financial collapse, and as of this writing, it's gotten so preposterous, that the legislature and Govinator, are still arguing over a budget that the governor doesn't think will happen til after he leaves office. One of the biggest sticking points is the funding for the public schools which here are a national disgrace. We have the worse test scores only behind Mississippi and DC and it doesn't take a genius as to why if anyone has read my previous posting. Minority (except Asians) don't take education seriously and find it a betrayal of their race to do so. However, that's not the direct point of the latest act of disgusting waste that has come to put this state in a $20 billion hole.

If anyone knew of the waste that goes behind the schools, there would be riots in the street here. To give how bad it is, take the costs that boggles the mind as we pay the 3rd highest per student in the country at about $12000. Take a class which now averages about 35 students. That mean the cost to the state for this one class is $420,000. OK, a teacher teaches 5 classes a day, but I'm demonstrating the total real costs and an average for a classroom with a teacher that teaches 5 classes will suffice. Take that the building is paid for (and falling apart most likely), that's $420,000 for every classroom and teacher. Teachers are paid, on average, 52,000. That's leave $368,000 to fund the class. Where does that money go because when I was teaching, I didn't see as much as a fraction of that kind of money towards my classroom and I was paid substandard as I was an intern at $36000. Used books that are falling apart, so it's not for books, buildings that are falling apart, so it's not for renovation, no computers or technology that could animate and visually stimulate (as most students respond to visual stimuli) so it's not for updated equipment, my class got cleaned by the janitors only twice FOR THE WHOLE YEAR, so it's not maintenance. My equipment was substandard (many vets had smart boards, I was using old fashion chalk and board), desk that were dangerous and falling apart (I lost two pair of pants to exposed sharp mental as well as two student got serious cuts but my complains and concerned fell on deaf ears), I had two boxes with 10 reams of paper for the while year for 5 math classes (about $40 total there) which limited my ability to do practice worksheets and write up independent lesson on the subject matter that many said they would had been interested in trying, and 10 calculators. So, that's leave $367,800.

Most of that money goes to the higher ups that don't do anything to educate our children and for social programs, like my all time favorite, La Raza outreach, multicultural rallies, ESL, Islamic awareness and other nonsense. But the greatest waste goes to administrators that make up now, 59% of the staffing of the public schools here. Compare that to private schools that only have 9% of their staff administrators. With the average salary of over $100,000 each, it becomes clear why the schools are in such shoddy shape and learning doesn't progress. That and the students have more rights than the teachers.

School districts all over the state have been laying off teachers, librarians (not that the students here read that much anyways), counselors (not they want guldens much as well) and the sports programs. Administrators have been keeping their jobs however. Now the federal government, thanks to more of Obama's infinite wisdom, has given the state an extra $1.2 billion stimulus to protect the teachers from layoffs. First of all, this kind of money doesn't even begin to scratch the surface of the cost of the public school system here. The cost is over $60 billion, so 1.2 billion isn't really going to make a big dent. What's worse, the districts have no interest in keeping teacher's jobs. They just want to shove more students in already overcrowded classrooms, and allow the brilliant administrators to keep their overpaid and under worked jobs. You see, the districts are going to take that money and still lay off the teachers and spread to other more worthy programs. This nearly floored me, even here in California. All in the name of next year's budget is going to be worse and need to preserve these administrative projects (whatever that may be) to keep the schools from losing critical leadership positions.

Are you kidding me? We have way too many chiefs, and too few braves. We waste on average $369,800 for each classroom we use. The federal government throws us a bone and we just give it to administrators and other worthless causes that don't give the children of this state any education other than Political Correctness, class warfare, and ethnic division. No wonder California is in the state she's in. We can't waste money fast enough, and now the Democrats want to increase the spending as well as create more Chiefs to oversee and create more stupid and worthless programs that won't work to combat the problem. Frankly, you could give the school system here the National Debt and it would be the same story. The government, stymied by corruption and rigged election districts that guarantee 65% control to the Democrats and no real competition politically, there's are no incentive to make any changes. The only thing going wrong for the Dems isn't just the budget shortfall that they created, but a Governor that has nothing to lose nor have any other real interest to advance further in state politics that is standing up and fighting but the stalemate has the state in financial purgatory and all the money in the world from the Feds isn't going to cure that.

The fact is that our schools are over funded and over runned with overpaid administrators. You give them a surplus and they refuse to spend it where it's most helpful, in the classroom, on the schools, on new and more efficient technology. No, they will waste it on themselves. How much more are we willing to take before we say enough is enough? This is why I have no faith that the public school system can survive. There's too much corruption, waste and top heavy administration. A system can take on only so much weight before it collapses from it's own weight. No amount of free money can ever change that.

Federal Court rules that priates aren't priates til they succeed as Pirates.

I've read a lot of stupid legal rulings, and here in California, you can make a career mocking the laws we have on the books. After all, we ban plastic bags, happy meal toys and sales of pets while trying to decriminalize pot, promote the baking of hemp brownies (SF even have pamplets telling you how) and embrace and protect the most violent and evil illegal alien. However, the latest ruling by a federal court has to be one of the stupidest rulings I've ever read.

Anyone remember those pirates we captured last year when they took on one of our navy frigates thinking they had a nice easy freighter? Six animals were capture in their attempt and brought to America for trial. Well, the judge threw out the case. He stated that the US government didn't prove their case that they were actually pirates. You see, when these men, who were just floating along in speed boats with guns and RPG's tried to force their way on board the navy ship only to realize "OOPS!", these aren't unarmed civilians, but military men, it can't be assumed they were committing piracy while they were easily routed and captured. Yes, you heard that right.

Now follow the legal ruling this traitor, for stating this person as a judge would be an oxymoron, stated, that since the "definition" of piracy is the forceful taking of a ship and robbing it. OK, so the pirates failed to take over the ship and rob it. It was more than clear that it was their attempt since who goes floating around armed and raid a ship. What, they were trying to sell pita bread? Since they fail, they walk as it doesn't prove they're pirates. OK, granted, it proves they're BAD, STUPID, and INCOMPETENT pirates, but by this moron's reasoning, failure is grounds for acquittal. I have to wonder now if we'll release the Time Square bomber or Fruit of Kaboom as well since we really can't proved they were committing acts of terrorism. What was needed, by this standard, was for the military men to let the pirates take the ship, rob them and then the military men to retake the ship afterwards. Excuse me, but doesn't this strike anyone as being completely stupid, insane, unnecessarily dangerous and downright making excuses for the terrorist pirates? Does that mean if I pull a gun and try to rob a store but fail I'll be release because I technologically didn't "rob" the place? Or is that for Islamic pirates only?

It's becoming clear why terrorists don't fear us any more. In fact, after this ruling, they would be stupid and foolish not to be laughing at us. Now that these six Somali pirates are being freed, and in the US no less, where are they going to stay? In Dearborn, the most radical Muslim municipality in the US? You think we've heard the last of them? One lesson is for sure, attack US ships only and should you meet resistance, surrender and get a free ticket to their Brethren in Dearborn. We refuse to shoot them down, we refuse to fight them because of their human shields, we cower in the public forum and we let the UN walk all over us. If I was fighting an enemy as weak and stupid as the US, I wouldn't be afraid either and now we have this judge to thank for making it even more apparent.

Now that Obama has basically give the middle finger to Americans, then again when doesn't he since he's been doing so since taking office, by his support of the GZ mega mosque, his reasoning just boggles the mind. He's claiming religion freedom as the ground that this evil symbol of victory shall be allowed to build. This outrage should be the final straw that demonstrate what this man is about and when he stands for: Islamic supremacy. To claim this is about religious liberty is just nonsense and dangerous nonsense as well. You see, Obama, like too many Muslim, is being disingenuous. This is more of what Islamics do: smile in our faces while cursing us in their hearts.

First of all, what does religious liberty mean? The concept of one being able to practice one faith anywhere? I see? I think the ACLU will have issues with that, provided it isn't Islam, as we're not allowed to have any such symbol of faith in public areas. Just ask the Alabama Supreme Court about as the federal government came and had the statuette's of the 10 commandments destroyed. No public display of Christian or even Jewish faith aren't allowed. That's why the crosses and Star of David's are being destroyed at war memorials. The ACLU has made is sure that the separation of church and state is an absolute though it's not in the constitution. However, when it comes to separation of Mosque and state, the ACLU is nowhere to be found. Otherwise this trip by the radical Imam to raise funds for this evil monstrosity by the State Department would be challenged. Too add insult to injury, the federal government is getting involved in the gay marriage debate and there's only one real reason the left would want this: to force those faiths, other than Islam, to accept gays as equal to heterosexuals and force "God" to accept them as same as well. If this isn't an assault on religious liberties, then what is? Remember, as Obama makes this disgusting claim, as he's such a supporter of religious liberties, why is it when he goes to college campuses to make this stupid and boring speeches, he has the Christian symbolism either removed or covered? Is it because he doesn't believe in the religious liberties of Christians? Has he made such demands of Muslims? Heck, he bows and kisses their hands (I'll wager that's not all he's kissing). This man is a liar when he says it's about religious liberties as he's shown no respect for such liberties in the past.

This hypocrisy is based on the Islamic command of smiling in the faces of the non-believers while cursing them in their hearts. Muslims, which I believe Obama is one as he says so in his books, are MANDATED by Allah to lie, deceive and even murder infidels. So to make this claim is just another one of his long list of chronological lies. Someone once said, "Assume a Muslim is lying at all times and you won't be disappointed". Can anyone, that isn't drinking the Kool-Aid, tell me this statement doesn't apply to Obama. Frankly, I don't think the man can tell the truth to save his life. I thought Bill Clinton was bad, but this man puts him to shame. Now are we to take at this words, when his action, as well as his administration, shows the contrary? We are to trust what a Muslim that think Hamas, the evil group of terrorist that believes launching rockets into civilians neighborhoods (remember, there are no civilians in Islamic thinking) to kill as many women and children where Israel's extinction is in their charter, isn't not a terrorist organization, but a group of freedom fighters. Worse, this Imam that's masterminding this "building" think all the terrorist attacks on the US, and the West in general, are the fault of the US and the West for their "ignoring the Muslims and their plight". How the ACLU has no problem with the State Department financing this man's trip to fund raise for this mosque is beyond me because our government is promoting the faith of Islam. Precisely the very thing they wanted to prevent.

Obama is all entitled to his opinion, but like so many of his opinion, it's just plain wrong and he's lying. This isn't about religious liberty, but national security. The constitutional freedoms aren't absolute. I can't scream a bogus fire claim in a crowded theater and create a panic, get a group of people together to form a lynching, slander or libel, nor sacrifice virgins or murder those that think different from me in my faith, yet Islam supports all of these and it's their FREEDOM that Obama is fighting for? While those that live in peace and have tolerance are attacked and muzzled. Last I checked this is the kind of totalitarian thinking that the founders were placing checks and balance against. To allow this mosque to be build will be viewed as a huge victory symbol by our enemies and will encourage more jihad against the US as it's being rewarded. And lets note something here. The Muslim have become more bold and are expanding their evil faith and actions far more now that one of their own is now in the White House. Can we really believe this mosque will bring outreach and healing? Remember what this Imam definition of outreach and healing is. As for Obama, this support of this evil man and his shrine to the terrorists has demonstrated the worse hypocrisy I've seen in his 20 months in office.

Bloomberg and the left need to learn the difference between Islam and the other religions of the world.

Bloomberg has really gone from being offensive to downright evil. He's out there basically telling those of us that oppose this assault and the spitting of the graves of 3000 Americans in the name of the death cult called Islam to shut up and that we're enemies of the freedom of religion in this country really either doesn't understand the differences between Islam and the other faiths of the world, or just plain is so either stupid, evil, or corrupt that he doesn't care. Let's take a look at this, at least from my prospective from the observation and what I've studied on the subject matter and see what it is he's really telling us.

1. Islam, unlike Christians, Jews, Buddhists, and other faiths is NOT based on love. Unlike many here, I've actually read some of the Koran. I did a word search once because I was disturbed by a common theme in that disgusting book: there's no mention that Allah actually loves his subjects. The truth is, he doesn't. Look for the word love in the Koran and you're left with a bitter and rude surprise: it isn't there. Nowhere does the word love appear in the Koran. Think of what this means. No command for husbands to love their wives, no command to love your neighbor as yourself, no divine motive that for so loving the world that he gave his own begotten son to save the world. This explains why there's so much hate, anger, apathy and downright evil in this faith.

2. Islam is fatalistic unlike others that promote free will. Islam is the only major faith in the world that preaches fatalism. For those that never took a philosophy class, it means that all things are written. Thus, in the Islamic faith, Allah has written everything that will come to pass. That all that happens because it's the will of Allah. We have no free will, we're all puppets to Allah. This should show the hypocrisy of the Islamic faith, because if all is because of Allah's will, then how can anyone be responsible for anything, including being an infidel? After all, we had no choice, it's all God's will. This is why they're at war with the West. Concepts like freedom, individualism, free thought is repugnant to them. Thus why they hate free speech, religion, press, or anything to do with free will. Hence why everything about Islam is incompatible with the West. It flies in contempt with their concept that Allah controls all, not us. What's worse is that whether you go to paradise or hell is predetermined as well. So if you're poor, uneducated (as 80% of Muslims in Muslim countries are illiterate), or lacking political clout, it's because Allah has decided you're one of those going to hell. This is why they have no trouble murdering women that are raped or that dishonor them, because it was Allah will they be exposed as an adulter. Why they have no problems beheading innocent people, it's Allah's will. Why they'll blow up buses with children, it's Allah's will. The only free choice is martyrdom. Thus why they're so willing to kill themselves and us with them. This explains why most of the big time terror attacks are done by wealthy Muslim. If you have the signs of being chosen, yet you've committed some crime, like with Mohammad Atta's case, homosexuality, how do you justify the choice? Oh, I must be destined to jihad against the infidels. As most Islamic are too stupid or lacking in resources to go on such jihads, unless someone like Bin Laden supports them. So the argument that suicide bombings and jihadism is created by proverty is nonsense since the ones that most often do such attacks are the elites.

3. Most other faiths have had their reformations, Islam hasn't. Most faith has had their share of bloodshed and mayhem, but they go through a reformation that we're to convert with love and sharing of the truth than warfare. Islam does no such thing, and given the fatalistic nature of Islam, it's highly unlikely that a reformation will ever happen. No Muslim is going to challenge the will of Allah. This is what make the "moderate" Muslim so dangerous. There's no such thing. Either they're practicing Muslim and thus totally submitted to the will of Allah, or you're not. If there was a norm that was in between, the terrorism that is so prevalent wouldn't really exist. Bin Laden would had been turned in for the $25 million bounty, but to the faithful Muslim, their faith is worth more than money thus why we can't find him. Bringing more in will just bring more of this support for the Jihadists.

So Bloomberg thinks those of opposing that shrine to the terrorists (just watch, 5 years after its construction, it will be renamed the Mohammad Atta Community Center) and their victory over the infidel will being outreach from the Muslim world, just not the kind we were hoping. A faith with no love, no freedom, and really no integrity. All they care about is conquest and establishing a world wide Islamic empire. These are people that don't respect human live as Allah doesn't. He doesn't even love his own people for crying out loud, do you think they're going to show any love for infidels? This is why Islam, and using freedom of religion to support them, is a violation of the said freedom of religion. This group doesn't respect life, doesn't respect freedom, doesn't respect tolerance, heck really doesn't respect peace. Freedoms are not absolute. I can't have a faith that allows me to sacrifice virgins, or humans or endangered children (just ask Christian scientists with their faith healing or Jehovah Witnesses and their refusal on blood transfusions) or I can't go to a crowded theater and scream fire to cause a panic or get a group of people together to lynch someone. Freedoms have a price and that price is that one can't impugned another's freedom.

Islam is all about submission, not freedom. Their outreach isn't about love, but conquest. They're not about upholding the constitution and the freedoms they contain, but its destruction. If this isn't a case to REFUSE Muslim to exercise their so called faith as they are at war against the very foundations of the country, then we're making the constitution a suicide pact. It makes as much sense as Israel being demanded to allow Nazi's in and follow their "faith". Oh wait, they are with the so called "peace accord" and look at the rewards they get. This is what's coming to America if we allow the Muslims to have their victory Mosque at ground zero. That is what Muslim do, they destroy a cultural icon (like the twin towers were) and build mosques to demonstrate Islamic supremacy over the conquered.

So Bloomberg, I say F*** Y*** and your mosque. You're a fool and a traitor. If you think this is going to bring peace and outreach, then you've either haven't been paying attention and are ignoring 1400 years of history, don't know who you're doing dealing with the Muslims, or just plain don't care. We will not shut up. Frankly, it is we that are fighting to keep religion freedom in this country because it's clear the Muslims are here to destroy it. It is not we that don't like freedoms for all, it's them. If you don't like it, Bloomberg, then take your billions and move to the Middle East. Last I checked, the constitution wasn't a suicide pact and Sharia law hasn't been established yet and still a free country. However, it won't be for long with traitors like you.

What marriage really is.

There's a lot of commentaries coming from the federal ruling about California's Proposition 8. A lot of "equality under the law" and "What they do in their bedroom does no harm to me" arguments. Not once have I read anything about what marriage really suppose to be and how all this legal wrangling got started in the first place. As I learn in higher education, without a proper definition, one can't even begin to progress as we can't have a common standard to which base the subject at hand, thus can't progress.

If you're to ask a 100 people on the street what the definition of marriage is, I'm sure you'll get 100 different answers. Seem everyone has an OPINION what marriage is, but what is the legal definition? After all this is the heart of the debate. I go the oldest source, the Bible. In the 2nd chapter of Genesis, the first human couple were married by God himself and were told to be fruitful and multiply. So if one was to use this source, marriage and procreating seem to be completely intertwined. Over the next 5000 years this general definition of marriage, a union of a man and a woman for the purpose of procreation seemed to suit the societies that evolved just fine. Then came the 20th century.

However, this also demonstrated something else that has been lost in the argument: that marriage is a SCARED promise. Now a days, it's just another promise human beings make to each hardly worth the air that spoken nor the paper it's written on. What the question should start to focus on is how did the promise that was spiritual and religious become a sacrament to the states as human history if filled that societies and their government have laws and regulations when it came to marriage, most them carry much of the same ideals.

The state got involved over the years because they realized those couples in such family units were the most fruitful and procreated the most. They allowed their populations to grow and prosper. It is in the state interest to have people contracted to a commitment to provide, nurturer and grow a family as it preserve the culture and keeps the society alive. The best definition of marriage is laws, rules and regulations that creates a union between a man and a woman to protect, nurturer and grow families as so the human race can maintain itself and grow.

However things changed in the 20th century. An evil was implanted in the minds of man that has grown like a cancer and creating the death and destruction of societies and cultures most all over the planet: moral relativism. We now have the brilliant idea now that if anything feels good, we should do it. That there are no absolutes, no black and white, and everything is shades of grey. So follow a death cult that believes in death to infidel is on the same moral grounds as those that follow the Savior that says forgive them for they know not what they do. Where parasite are on equal grounds with the productive, where death of innocents is equal to the advancement of women rights, and those that have a lifestyle that promote no procreation to that lifestyle that embraces procreation. In logic, moral equivalency equate P with Not P and make them equal in value. We call this in logic a contradiction, but we have been promoting this thinking for nearly a century now. Heck, today we view procreation as something evil and destructive now.

Since gay couples can't procreate by their own devices, why on God's green earth do they even want to marry in the first place? The laws, contracts, and regulations are for the most part meaningless since their are no families to be created. Their claim is equal protection under the law, but what protections are they talking about since they can't have no family of their own unless by artificial means?

They claim they want the right to benefits and legal addresses that married people have. With civil union they were getting them. In fact, short of the family laws, and there are other laws in place for adoption so they don't need marriage for that, it all comes down to two things really: money and making God accept them. They want the financial convenience that married people have. Heck, just change the laws in regards to these benefits, which many state were doing anyways. Why gain them through marriage? No, the biggest reason why is this moral relative crap. They want to equal under the eyes of God and want to force the churches (but not mosques for some reason) to hire, promote and accept them as normal and equal under God's eyes. This is concept that gains the most conserversy and emotions. To make their "marriage" equal to those of heterosexuals and just as right by the laws of God as man. The only thing is, what is equal about it. One doesn't procreate, doesn't keep the species, culture, growth going, the other does. Frankly, God makes his own rules, our rules don't mean much to Him. By forcing his subjects to accept what he doesn't won't change Him and it sure isn't going to change the final judgement. If you don't believe me, just look at history and all societies that openly accepted homosexuality as equal to heterosexuality. They were gone within 2 centuries and the rate we're going, we're not even going to last half that long.

As I see more and more evil being accepted and embraced as the virtue of humanity, I have realized we have necessitated the elimination of another word as well: traitor. The PC police have so badly decayed our language, that certain words have no real meaning any more. Right, wrong, moral, immoral, righteousness and evil. In a world that no longer have absolutes, it becomes more and more apparent, some words may as well be eliminated from the lexicon, and I fear in the future, we just may see it.

Take the Mega-Mosque at Ground Zero. Had Japanese descendants had tried to place a Shinto Shrine at Pearl Harbor to be opened on December 7th, 1951, I don't think that person would had seen the time of day of getting it done. Islam, being a far greater, and perverse, evil, and it's because of this evil that this stupid thing is being considered as it's becoming no problem for Bloomberg and company. How much grease is being palmed. This kind of evil and corruption is so bad now, we don't even notice, much less get shocked. You see, just because people want to kill you because you're not like them, makes them enlightened. Tell me what enlightened means in this case?

Take the Rangel and Water's case. I knew when I heard that evil, vile woman Water's was being charged with ethics violations, I knew what was coming. You see, to the politically correct, it's not that these two, and God only knows how many more, are having their palms greased and taking bribes, taking contracts or real estate holdings, as in Rangel's case that was meant for the working poor, and pocketing the money for themselves (and refusing to pay taxes on it, but I thought that was a litmus test for being a democrat) or forcing contracts to go to institutions that will benefit themselves personally (conflict of interest) or a relative (conflict of interest, fraud) . Nope, by the PC definition of all morals are relative, and in this case it's relative to their skin color, it's because they're black. The truth is it's because they're black they'll be argued and being prosecuted, but in reality, it's because they're black they'll get away with it (or at least think they will) because they'll play the race card. If statistics are any indication, one of them is going to succeed. You see right and wrong aren't absolutes, for those that are Black, they're more good when they're being evil.

In fact, take the whole intelligentsia that believes in moral relativism. Since there are not right and wrongs, only shades of grey, then why are those that say there are rights and wrongs the only group to be scorned? Isn't that a value that a shade of grey? The truth is nobody that doesn't toe the leftist and socialist lines are failed or greatly antagonized. I know, I went through it and learned in a hurry to bury much of my faith and beliefs because they are not welcome. The biggest is the concept that some things are just plain wrong, absolutely, like murder (as defined as the murder of an innocent). Now we see Che being revered, by our President no less, or Mao who was responsible for more people killed than any other one person in human history, but the president of Iran is trying to take that record. Yet these people are revered and heroes and revolutionaries. What, the murder of 100 million people just by the communists (socialists by murder) isn't enough? Or as Stalin said, when you kill one man, it's murder, when you kill scores of men, it's a revolution?

With everything skewed and now defined so "grey", what is the point of certain words now? Right, wrong, good, bad, heck up, down, left and right? Since we can define anything as we want, one word for sure no longer applies to anyone: Traitor. To be a traitor you would have to go completely against an ideal or government and since loyalty is one of those relative words, and since that's all grey, you can't have the darkness in the meaning of traitor. There are a lot of traitors to humanity out there, Iranian President, the UN, jihadis, communist guerrillas, cultist extremists, the US media and unless they have the signature of Jew or Christians, nobody will even flinch as the worse of atrocities are spun as provocateurs of peace. When it said and done, when one wins the war, nobody cares if you told the truth. That was what an evil dictator named Hitler said. Turns out now, you don't even have to go to war.

I have to hand it to this administration. Their ability to offend with their arrogance and stupidity just never ceases to amaze me. Though I know people that voted for him, and in many cases I really don't blame them given how things were going with the previous administration, they all regretted their vote. The reason why? Counter to what BO thinks, things ARE a lot more worse.

He's using this message to campaign for democrats. Seems that now the Obama Administration is finally showing some concern about the prospective midterm elections. It was a worrying sign from those of us that don't drink the kool aide as to why this group is so unconcerned about the prospect of their party getting creamed in the next election. In my opinion, after this motto being released from the White House, they really think the One will be able to galvanize the people like before and win back the day as they did in 2008. Hopefully they will hold on to this belief because it will be their downfall.

First of all, this notion that the GOP got into this mess in the first place. There's a degree of truth to that. Bush never saw a spending bill he didn't like. He had ZERO vetoes of spending bills. In fact, til Obama, Bush Jr. was the biggest spender in American history. But not all blame, though a great deal does, goes to the RINO Bush. As stated the economic meltdown that happened on Bush's watch, it was created by those in the Democratic controlled congress. As far as the economic policies that got into this mess, Bush did try, 3 times to cut the head of beast before it got too big, but the dems shot it down. The biggest obstructionist, Barney Frank, has now been indicted on corruption charges. They would have to be REALLY BAD for a Democrat to get indicted with this Administration in charge. He was the ring leader in the protection of the two card Monte of Freddie Mac and company. Let's not forget the cover up with Goldmen Sacs as well.

What galls me is how He claims that the problems are just now beginning to get fixed and things are recovering. I like to know how? First of all, Obama, with three exception, has been Bush on steroids. His spending completely boggles the mind in both scope and magnitude. This man's deficits, DEFICITS are greater than all but 8 countries ENTIRE GDP!!! Unemployment has doubled, the world thinks we're a joke, we're still bogged in two wars that were unpopular when Bush ran them, much less an anti-American radical, race relations are at the worse it's been since the Civil War and civil rights are going down the toilet, especially if you're white and being threaten by black militants, and Radical Islam is not only on the rise, but getting more embolden as they're attempting to build a mega mosque within viewing at Ground Zero. You think that this would be possible if anyone else was President? He, after 19 months in power with everything he wants being rubber stamped in the congress of his bills created by Czars that have no congressional oversights.

As for the three exception, things are far far worse from this man. First, National Security. His appeasement, or should I say support, to the biggest threat to US security and her national interests, Radical Islam has been a complete disaster. They are more embolden than ever. The war in Afghanistan has been going south since he took office. We have open defiance on our soil as shown in Dearborn as well as the previous mentioned mega mosque. The border with Mexico, which was bad enough under Bush who was affectionately nicknamed "copresidente" by conservatives, is so bad that now many criminal enterprises are opening up shop on US soil like the drug cartels that have set up a smuggling HQ in AZ and the government is protecting them from Americans by keeping them out (for their safety of course.). How about driving them out. So in support for anti-American criminals, as this administration is, he's suing a state that is willing to do their job for them by checking their status and then letting them know to properly enforced federal law as well as a constitutional mandate. Apparently they don't want to know, but the good news is the Illegals are migrating out of the state and going to a more favorable state. Bad news, that means more for the bankrupt states like California, Texas, New York and other that have illegal alien problems.

The second exception is taxes. As it comes to no surprise to anyone that makes over 250K a year, this man hasn't seen a tax hike he's never like. Thanks to this evil monstrosity called Obama Care, we're going to masses increases in taxes. Those working poor that think they're not going to pay, guess again. Payroll taxes are going to double which means even the working poor will be paying 15.2% off the top just to the federal government and we haven't touched income taxes yet. If you make enough to be taxed, it will started at 15% when the Bush tax cuts end which means the working poor will get hit with nearly a third of their income taxed to just the federal government alone. We haven't taken in account other taxes like state income, sales taxes, car taxes, if you have some beer or wine, alcohol taxes, and if you drive to work, gas taxes (both federal and state). You get the picture and that's just the working poor. So much as not having your taxes raised and this is just the beginning. Who knows what else is in store should they get things like Cap and Trade and this is just the payroll, working man's taxes. Take that investment in this country will take a hit as dividends and capital gains are going to more than double, I like to know where those jobs are being created as Obama claims. Oh yea, they're GOVERNMENT jobs.

The third exception as been his Supreme Court nominees. When you're a radical President with a Radical Congress, well, what do you expect to have go to the Supreme Court. You guessed it, Radicals. Sotomayor was a horrid choice. A racist and sexist woman that has no regard to rule of law and interpreting the law, but to be a radical activist judge in the highest court. If you think I'm being a racist, ask yourself one question: if this had been a Bush appointee, would she had been confirmed? Bush would had been lynched politically before it even got that far, but not Obama. Now with Kagan, well, elections have consequences and we're seeing two of them in the SC. I have to wonder why Obama is infatuated with radical women? Makes me wonder if he has mommy issues since she was a radical woman.

Obama, don't tell us thing could be worse, because they are. I have the perfect campaign slogan for you since blaming Bush isn't working anymore. "Don't elect the party that got us in this mess, elect the party that made it worse." There is truly only two things that can make it possible be any more worse than it is now. One, a conservative SC justice was to die or retire. If Obama gets 5 radicals like him, and so far there are four, then the court will just allow us to become a banana republic dictatorship. Two, the Muslims hit us again, this time with a dirty bomb or something massive. This will give him the excuse to declare Martial Law to protect the Muslims from retaliation since it's clear he's on their side and fighting their cause. Have one of these two things happen and Obama will clear accomplish what he intended: the transformation from a free democratic republic to a socialist totalitarian state. But rest assured those of us that value freedom, things could be worse. . . but not by much. After all, it could be a non-election year.

I read today about how the illegals are now defecting from AZ because they feel cornered and discriminated against. Oh boo hoo. Interesting since now for the first time since Reagan actually made his horrible mistake (O'Connor and his war against small farmers would be his others) of granting amnesty to the, at the time, 3 million illegal aliens (I refuse to use undocumented immigrant since immigrant mean, by law, you're doing it legally, so saying undocumented migrant is an oxymoron) in 1986, they are actually worried about being detained and deported if caught. What a concept, a consequence to breaking a law. This is the same state that had those in the tent prison complaining that the sheriff was cruel and vicious because he made them feel like criminals. Sort of make you wonder what the purpose of jail and prison is, doesn't it? Let's face it, the criminals don't fear us in any way shape or form now. Heck, we have Mexican drug cartels stationed headquarters on US SOIL in AZ to expatiate their smuggling with threats of using snipers if any law enforcement agency tries to intervene with their operations, and yet this isn't an invasion. Perhaps those fleeing should consider a more hospitable country to sneak into, let's see if we can find one:

As long as we have the welfare state paying more to Americans to sit on their arse, they're right. However, most businesses owners didn't get where they are by being stupid. They'll either find a way to get the job done, invest in equipment or material to make their workers more efficient (easy to slack if you're paying slave wages to just keep using human power) or will have to hire fewer to do more for better wages. In fact, given the supporter argument, that represses wages are better for an economy, shouldn't we bring back slavery then? After all, if paying $2 an hour to clean toilets is good for the economy then paying them nothing would bring out an economic boom. As we get closer and closer to the 9th anniversary of 911, I was hoping to post this on 9/11, but things are just going too fast to hold it off. What I see now just completely boggles the mind, considering how were were maliciously attacked on that faithful day. Much has me pessimistic about the survival of our republic. I don't find much interest to write because I see our republic dying and fear reprisal in the future. Not to mention the methods going out are such the wrong way and so much the same old thing, that what really is going to change?

First of all, who would believe what's going on in Dearborn Michigan. Michigan is a racist state that I would never want to go to, but never in my worse nightmares did I expect to see what we're seeing there. The first sickening thing is who would had believe as the towers were coming down less than 9 years ago, we would be seeing such outspokenness and support. . . FOR TERRORISTS? Who would had believed after witnessing the tragedy of that day than in less then a decade, those that perpetrated this evil monstrosity would have more rights and higher moral standing than law abiding non-Muslims? Well, let's head to Dearborn, a town with a high concentration of Somali refugees. You know, those goons that think Piracy is a legitimate occupation. They were out in the streets by the THOUSANDS. To protest against terrorism or the stain to their faith? Against those that murder their wives and daughter polluting the faith by their heinous acts? To outreach non-Muslims by preaching those that commit such acts are an abomination and deserve no support from the Mosques? Nope! They were out to mourn and give prise to a genocidal lunatic terrorist that died in the "Palestine terrorises". Here are the terrorists among us out in the open expressing their support for such evil, and without fear or reprisals. Can you imagine what would had happen if neo-Nazi's came out on Hilter's anniversary of his death. Never mind, we know what would happen. To have gone down so far as to be blatantly attack and then protect the murders and their supporters out in the open like this just shown how far we've fallen.

In the same town, a "group" (in this case 4) Christian were arrested during a Muslim festival (who knew they had any since they're so angry or having a jihadist gripe about something) while distributing pamphlets. They were "disturbing the peace". Here the Muzzies had an opportunity for some outreach to a handful of non-Muslims, but instead they went on the attack and called the police for their arrest. The hatred and intolerance of the Muzzies were protected because they didn't want no Christians staining their festivities (though they weren't actually in the market). Again, the interest of the intolerant Muzzies were protected while those who were exercising free speech were arrested because the peace that was disturbed was by the hateful members of a death cult that can't tolerate anyone different than them. To think this is happening in America and not even a decade after 911. Can anyone imagining this happening a year or two after, or even after 1993, the first world trading bombing?

The next assault is the proposed building of the mega mosque that would over look ground zero in New York. I find it hard to believe that even a Muslim like Obama would be so blatant to assault the sensitives of Americans like this. A 15 story Mosque to be built over ground zero. Anyone with a brain knows what this is: A tribute to the terrorists and the victory of Islam over America as well as, being this would make it the biggest building to oversee ground zero, Islam supremacy. I figure why not have a Shirito, or what ever that Samurai faith of Japan in the 30's and 40's, temple be build at Pearl Harbor, or the Church of England at Yorktown, Shall we go and demand a church over there at that stupid rock in Mecca? The way our leaders are just bowing down, like Obama to a Saudi King, to the Muslims is just sickening. These people haven't condemn Hama, Hezzbolla, Islamic Brotherhood who are by the way funding this mega mosque, or the terrorist actions. In fact, during the meeting to proceed with the building of this evil monstrosity, the opponents are getting called the name, you guessed it, islamophobe. I won't go over how there's no IRRATIONAL fear of these lunatics nor how they won't condemn the radicals in their mists. Just as they keep getting exposed, they keep the name calling. Seems the Muzzies have nothing else to use since they can't hide their true feelings or intentions. I wonder how many more 911 minded individuals are going to be recruited to this mosque. How many more assaults on our freedoms? How much more Sharia law will be placated from the legal teams that work there? So far, the ones that want to build this thing aren't denying it, though not admitting it as well.

The wars overseas are going badly. The war at the home front is going even worse. In less than 9 years after 911 not only have we forgotten who attacked us and why, we now aiding and abetting them in their quest to bring down the great Satan. The cancer cells have been planted and we're starting to see the growth. Will we continue down the path of Islamification or will we finally have enough and elect those that will support America and not her enemies. Well we support our founding ideals, or succumb to those that despise them? Will we fight for the Judeo-Christians values and ideals that form this republic, or follow the PC delusion and use the constitution to destroy the constitution? The rate things are going, we are close to the critical point.

San Fransicko has two new laws that demonstrate how idiotic people here are, at least in San Francisco. First, yesterday, they banned all sugary sodas from all government buildings and land. Seems they have a problem with sugar, but if they think children aren't going to get their hands because the shrine to the pagan god of socialist stupidity, in this case the local government buildings, then they stupid and insane. The other law, which came out today, gives a guideline to making LEGAL hemp brownies within the city limits. Just when I think the government here can't get any more stupid, especially after the banning of plastic bags, they go out do themselves by outlawing the consumption of sugar at government building while legalizing the consumption of hemp brownies. Makes perfect sense to me (UGH!). People here wonder why I fear moonbeam Brown will win a 3rd term?
